Processor and performance on paper
The T4’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 is the higher-tier listed platform; the Y400 uses the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2. That makes the T4 the more promising choice if processor tier is your priority, but the specifications alone do not establish benchmark scores, gaming performance, or how either phone performs in everyday use.

Battery capacity
The T4 lists a 7,300 mAh typical battery, compared with 6,000 mAh typical for the Y400. The larger stated capacity gives the T4 an advantage on paper, but it does not prove longer battery life in actual use: results also depend on workload, settings, network conditions, and other factors.
Display and charging
Both phones have AMOLED displays with a listed refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and support 90 W charging. The T4’s display is 6.77 inches; the Y400’s is 6.67 inches. Both are listed at 1080-class resolution, with different pixel dimensions as shown in the table.
Ingress protection
The Y400’s IP68/IP69 rating is higher than the T4’s IP65 rating. An IP rating is not a promise of permanent or unconditional water resistance: vivo cautions that resistance can diminish with wear, and conditions of use matter. Check vivo’s product information for the applicable limitations before exposing either phone to water.

Cameras
Both official specification pages list 50 MP and 2 MP rear cameras plus a 32 MP front camera; the T4’s 50 MP rear camera listing specifies OIS. Megapixel counts and the presence of OIS alone are not enough to conclude which phone takes better photos. No comparative camera testing is established here.
