Its main compromises are average cameras, an LCD panel that is less vivid than AMOLED, and pre-installed apps. In a May 2024 review, 91mobiles rated it 8/10; that verdict describes the phone’s strengths and weaknesses, not its value or availability today.
What are the vivo T3x 5G’s main specifications?
This review covers the India-market vivo T3x 5G, not the vivo T3 or another T-series model. vivo lists three configurations, each with 128GB of storage:

These specifications are listed on vivo’s official T3x 5G specifications page, accessed October 4, 2026. vivo states that the battery’s typical capacity is 6,000mAh and its rated capacity is 5,870mAh. Rear-camera 4K video recording at 30fps is supported only on the 8GB RAM edition. The phone runs Funtouch OS 14.

How well does it perform and how long does the battery last?
In 91mobiles’ May 2024 testing, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 produced an AnTuTu score of 549,494 and Geekbench scores of 940 single-core and 2,767 multi-core. The phone retained 81% of peak performance in the publication’s Burnout test. These are results from one publication’s tests, not guaranteed scores for every device or software version.
The reviewer reported that BGMI, Call of Duty, and Real Racing 3 were playable without uncomfortable warmth, while noting that frame rates could drop. For everyday use and casual gaming, its findings support the T3x as a capable budget handset, rather than a phone to choose for demanding gaming at consistently high frame rates.
In 91mobiles’ tests, the T3x lasted almost 24 hours in its PC Mark battery test, used 3% battery during a 30-minute FHD+ video-streaming check, and charged from nearly empty to full in around an hour. Those are specific review observations under the publication’s test conditions, not a promise of the same runtime or charging time in normal use.
Separately, vivo advertises playback figures based on controlled laboratory settings and says actual results vary. It also says the battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity after 1,600 complete charge cycles—approximately four years under a simulated pattern of one full charge and discharge per day. vivo describes this as lab-derived, not a guarantee of battery condition in daily use.
Are the vivo T3x 5G cameras good?
The camera system is the clearest reason to look elsewhere if photography is a priority. 91mobiles found average camera performance, pointing to limited dynamic range and weak low-light results. Its comparison found that the Moto G64 delivered better daylight sharpness and dynamic range. That comparison is from the May 2024 review; it does not establish which phone is the better purchase at current prices.
The 8MP front camera and 50MP main rear camera are suitable specifications to consider, but the review’s results show why megapixel counts alone do not settle image quality. If you often shoot at night, in challenging light, or scenes with bright and dark areas, compare current sample photos from phones in your price range before choosing.

91mobiles named the Moto G64, realme Narzo 70, and POCO X6 Neo as close competitors. It specifically favored the Moto G64 for daylight sharpness, dynamic range, and a closer-to-stock Android experience. The review’s price comparison is from the launch period, so it should not be used as a current value ranking.
Check the same RAM and storage configuration and compare these factors against current listings:
- Camera: Look for low-light performance and dynamic range, not just megapixel counts.
- Display: Decide whether you prefer the T3x’s 120Hz LCD or an alternative’s panel type and refresh rate.

vivo announced these India launch prices in 2024, with sales scheduled to begin April 24, 2024:

These are historical launch prices, not current street prices. vivo’s official store displayed ₹20,499 for an 8GB+128GB listing when accessed October 4, 2026, but marked that item unavailable. Treat that as a dated, unavailable listing—not a purchasable offer. Check current stock and price before deciding whether the phone is good value.
Is the vivo T3x 5G worth buying?
It is worth considering if you want a large, smooth 120Hz screen, strong battery endurance, and reliable everyday performance, and you are willing to remove unwanted apps. It is a weaker fit if you care most about consistent camera results—especially in low light—or strongly prefer AMOLED.
Because price and stock can change, the 8/10 score from 91mobiles should inform your view of the phone’s reviewed strengths and trade-offs, not replace a check of today’s price, alternatives, and configuration. Also verify the software-support terms that matter to you; the sources cited here do not establish a current update policy.
What should buyers know about durability and water resistance?
vivo rates the T3x 5G IP64 under controlled laboratory conditions. The manufacturer says resistance is not permanent and may decrease with use, and that liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. IP64 should not be read as waterproofing.
The official specifications, accessed October 4, 2026, also list a case in the box. A separate case is therefore not a required purchase based on the included accessories listed by vivo.
