Neither phone is a clear overall winner on published specifications. The vivo T3 Ultra has the larger display and the chip from the higher MediaTek tier, and a publisher’s benchmark put it ahead on multi-core score. The Motorola Edge 60 Pro has the bigger battery, wireless charging, a telephoto lens in its listed rear camera setup, and the clearer published software commitment. A single price difference cannot be stated from the listings available, because each price was captured for a different variant, seller and stock state.
Specifications side by side
The table below uses each manufacturer’s own listing where one exists. Where a figure comes from a third-party comparison page or a retailer, the table says so. “Not stated” means the sources used for this article did not establish that value.
| Decision point | vivo T3 Ultra | Motorola Edge 60 Pro | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Display | 6.78-inch AMOLED, 2800 × 1260, 120Hz | 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED, 2712 × 1220, 120Hz | vivo’s panel is about 0.08 inch larger. Both are high-resolution 120Hz panels on their listed specifications. |
| Chipset | MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ | MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme | The naming points to different tiers, but real speed depends on workload and sustained performance. |
| Memory and storage | 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB; UFS 3.1 | 8GB or 12GB RAM; 256GB UFS 4.0 (Motorola support page) | The configurations do not line up neatly, so compare the exact variant you can buy. |
| Rear cameras | 50MP Sony IMX921 main with OIS, plus 8MP ultrawide (vivo listing) | 50MP main, 50MP ultrawide, 10MP 3x optical telephoto (third-party comparison listing) | Motorola’s listed setup adds a telephoto lens and a higher-resolution ultrawide. Hardware lists do not prove image quality. |
| Selfie camera | 50MP, autofocus (vivo listing) | 50MP (comparison listing); focus type not stated | Only vivo’s listing confirms autofocus. |
| Battery | 5500mAh | 6000mAh | Capacity is not runtime. See the battery section below. |
| Wired charging | 80W | 90W | Both listings state these as wired maximums. |
| Wireless charging | Not stated in the vivo listing used here | 15W | Only the Motorola lists wireless charging. |
| Water and dust rating | IP68 (vivo listing) | IP68 and IP69 (Motorola support page) | These are rating-test results, not a promise of waterproofing in every condition. |
| Software | Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 (vivo listing) | Android 16 (Motorola support page); three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance releases stated | Motorola has the clearer published update commitment. vivo’s remaining support period is not stated. |
| Price | ₹35,999 official listing for 8GB/128GB, unavailable when checked; ₹23,999 on 91mobiles, out of stock (variant not stated) | ₹30,190 on Amazon India, reported by 91mobiles (variant not stated) | These are not same-day or like-for-like prices. See the price section. |
Performance and benchmark results
Chipset tiers
By MediaTek’s naming, the Dimensity 9200+ belongs to the 9000 flagship series and the Dimensity 8350 Extreme belongs to the 8000 series. That gap is a reasonable starting expectation, but naming alone does not settle how either phone feels in daily use, how it handles sustained gaming, or how it manages heat. Those questions need independent testing that compares the two phones under the same conditions.
Publisher benchmark numbers
91mobiles reported Geekbench multi-core scores of 5,066 for the vivo T3 Ultra and 4,759 for the Motorola Edge 60 Pro. These are publisher-reported results, not manufacturer specifications. The comparison page does not describe the test method in enough detail to know how many runs were taken, what software build was tested, or how the scores were averaged, so treat the gap as one data point rather than a settled ranking.
#1 Best Overall
- Compatible with vivo T3 ULTRA
- Robust, fashion case for pretecting your cell phone against scratches, drops, bumps, shock and scratching.
- Slim, form fitting bumper case design with defined edges and smooth finish. Slides easily in and out of pockets.
- Material: Made of PU leather to offer full protection all around the device.
- All the features, buttons and sensitivity of your smartphone are accessible and easily operated with the case installed.
Battery life and charging
Motorola’s battery is 500mAh larger on paper, and its wired charging maximum is 10W higher. It also adds 15W wireless charging, which the vivo listing used here does not state. Those are the specification differences that matter for charging.
Runtime is a different matter. In the same 91mobiles comparison, the vivo T3 Ultra lasted 12 hours 14 minutes in its battery test and the Motorola Edge 60 Pro lasted 8 hours 27 minutes. The larger battery did not produce the longer run in that test. Display power draw, chip efficiency and software all affect runtime, and the comparison page does not state the test conditions, so this result should not be read as a general verdict on endurance.

Cameras
Rear cameras
The vivo’s main camera uses a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor with optical image stabilisation, and its ultrawide is 8MP. The Motorola’s listed setup gives you a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide and a 10MP 3x optical telephoto. If you take a lot of portrait or zoomed shots, the Motorola’s extra lens is the more practical difference. Motorola’s official SKU sheet should be checked for sensor models and zoom specifications before either set of camera figures is treated as final.

- Shockproof and Scratch Resistant: Flexible TPU construction absorbs shocks and protects your device from drops, impacts, and scratches

- Camera Lens Protection and Good Grip: Raised edges protect camera lenses from scratches while soft texture ensures a secure comfortable grip
Selfie camera
Both phones list a 50MP front camera. vivo’s listing states autofocus; the Motorola comparison listing does not specify the focus type, so do not assume the two cameras work the same way at close range.
Software and update commitment
Motorola’s support page states three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance releases. That is the clearest published support commitment in either set of material. vivo’s listing shows Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 but does not state how long the phone will receive updates, so no equal comparison can be made. If updates over several years matter to your purchase, ask both sellers or brands for the support period in writing before buying.

Durability ratings
The vivo is rated IP68. The Motorola’s support page lists IP68 and IP69. Those ratings describe performance under specific test conditions. Neither rating means the phone can be submerged indefinitely, and neither covers damage from drops or a damaged seal.
Why the price difference cannot be stated as one number
The price figures found are not a matched pair. Each comes from a different seller, variant or date, and at least one describes a configuration that was not available at the time of checking.

- vivo’s official store listed the T3 Ultra at ₹35,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant, but that configuration showed as unavailable when checked. The check date is not recorded.
- 91mobiles listed the vivo T3 Ultra at ₹23,999, out of stock. The variant and seller are not stated.
- 91mobiles listed the Motorola Edge 60 Pro at ₹30,190 through Amazon India. The variant is not stated.
Subtracting ₹23,999 from ₹30,190 gives ₹6,191, but that number mixes an out-of-stock listing, a different retailer and an unspecified storage variant. It is not a price gap you can rely on. Prices are also India-market figures in rupees; other countries may show different prices and different available variants.
How to get a valid price comparison
- Choose one RAM and storage pair that both phones are sold with in your market. The Motorola figures cited here list 256GB storage, and a 128GB Motorola variant was not confirmed, so the vivo’s 8GB/128GB configuration may not have a true equivalent.
- Compare prices from the same seller. vivo’s official store, Amazon and other retailers often price the same phone differently.
- Confirm stock on the checkout page. A product card showing a price does not confirm that the item can be bought.
- Record the date and the seller next to each price, and recheck both before you decide.
- Compare what is in the box. vivo’s official listing says a charger and a case are included, but bundle contents can vary by seller and market. Check Motorola’s box contents at the same seller.
- Check the warranty region. A unit sold for a different market may carry different warranty terms.
Which phone fits which buyer
- Choose the vivo T3 Ultra if you want the larger display, the higher-tier MediaTek chip, the 50MP autofocus selfie camera, and the lower price in the snapshots, once you have confirmed a matching variant.
- Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Pro if you want the larger battery, wireless charging, the telephoto rear lens, or a published update commitment of three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance releases.
If you cannot confirm a matching variant at a live price, decide on the specification differences above and leave the price question until you can compare like with like.
