The vivo iQOO 16 officially went on sale on September 29, 2026, with a 2K 165Hz display and an 8,400mAh battery listed in published specifications. Gizmochina reported on September 30 that the phone was available through Giztop from $999, but that report does not confirm current stock or the terms available at your checkout.
What is confirmed about the iQOO 16 launch?
vivo’s news center says the iQOO 16 was formally released and went on sale on September 29, 2026. Its announcement describes a 2K 165Hz Samsung display developed in collaboration with Samsung Display. This establishes the official launch and the manufacturer’s screen claim; it is separate from a retailer’s listing or a hands-on review. vivo’s launch announcement
What are the reported specifications?
FoneArena’s published specification list gives the display as 6.85 inches, with a resolution of 3168×1440 and a variable refresh rate up to 165Hz. It also lists an 8,400mAh battery, 100W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and configurations up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. These are published specifications, not results from independent endurance or charging tests. FoneArena’s specifications report

Is the iQOO 16 currently available at Giztop?
Gizmochina reported on September 30, 2026 that the iQOO 16 was available through Giztop starting at $999, and mentioned express and global shipping options. That is a dated availability report, not confirmation of live inventory or what a buyer will see today. The available information does not establish shipping eligibility or cost for a particular destination, delivery timing, warranty coverage, return terms, or whether every configuration is offered. Check the current Giztop listing and checkout details for your region before ordering. Gizmochina’s September 30 availability report

What should buyers verify before importing it?
- Price and configuration: Confirm the selected RAM and storage variant, currency, shipping charge, and any taxes or import charges shown for your destination.
- Network and software compatibility: The cited reports do not establish support for your carrier’s bands or the software experience in your country. Verify these for the exact model and market before purchase.
- Support terms: Confirm who handles warranty claims and returns, and whether service is available where you live.
- Real-world battery performance: The 8,400mAh figure is a capacity specification. The cited material does not provide independently measured battery life or charging times.
There is not enough evidence here for a head-to-head performance verdict against other phones; a useful comparison would need region-specific prices and independent testing alongside display, battery, charging, software, and support details.
