The workshop is described as having been held at Visakha Government Degree College for Women, a women’s college in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. However, the available institutional sources do not independently confirm that this specific event took place or establish its date, speakers, program, or attendance. Those details should be treated as unverified unless the college or an event organizer publishes a dated notice or report.
What is known about the college
Visakha Government Degree College for Women is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Its official website describes a focus on women’s education and academic development: Visakha Government Degree College for Women.
The college’s official history traces its origins to 1975, when it began as Visakha Women’s College Society. The history says the Government of Andhra Pradesh took over the institution in 1992: Brief History.
What is not confirmed about the workshop
The college sources cited above verify the institution and its history, but do not verify this quantum communication workshop. No event-specific notice or report establishes the date, duration, venue, organizing department, partners, speakers, agenda, participant count, demonstrations, or outcomes.

Accordingly, the event description in the title should not be expanded into claims about who attended or what happened during the program. Confirmation would require a dated college notice or report, an organizer announcement, appropriately captioned event photographs, or direct confirmation from the institution.
