No: reporting on the viral Presidents Cup clip identifies the man speaking with Donald Trump as Brian Rolapp, CEO of the PGA Tour—not a Secret Service agent. The reports describe the footage as showing a conversation, not a fight. The clip was reported to have been recorded on September 27, 2026.
What the clip shows
OK! and Lead Stories identify the setting as the Presidents Cup and the other person as Brian Rolapp, the PGA Tour’s CEO. Their accounts contradict the viral caption’s claim that Trump got into a fight with a Secret Service agent. OK!’s report and Lead Stories’ report both give that identification.
Where the accusation came from
OK! reports that an X account called @Housebots posted the clip on September 27 with the caption: “Trump gets in a big fight with one of his Secret Service agents after breaking protocol.” OK! says the post was later deleted, although an archived version remained. That wording is the post’s allegation, not a verified account of what happened.

- Supported by the reporting: the footage was recorded at the Presidents Cup, and the man speaking with Trump was identified as Brian Rolapp, PGA Tour CEO.
- Not supported by these reports: the claim that Trump fought with a Secret Service agent.
- Not established here: whether Trump broke protocol, why the post’s author made the claim, or how many people saw or shared it. The footage and archived post were not independently reviewed for these reports.
OK! quotes University of Florida media scholar Andrew Selepak saying political partisanship can contribute to misinformation spreading, and that people may accept claims that fit their political narrative. Those are his comments in the report, not a statistic about this particular post or proof of its author’s motive.
