Verizon’s Fios TV rate card lists the Streaming device connection bundle at $20 per month. A Verizon Community poster described it as a way to stream Fios TV on other devices, but Verizon’s rate card does not define the bundle’s current eligibility, supported screens, or viewing entitlements. Check the terms on your own account before deciding whether to keep it.
What the bundle appears to be for
A customer in a Verizon Community discussion said the add-on was intended for watching Fios TV on devices such as phones, laptops, and tablets. That is a customer-reported description, not definitive current service documentation. The rate card lists the charge but does not explain which devices or screens it covers.
The same customer reported receiving a 60-day free trial. That describes their account only; it does not establish a current, generally available promotion. Check your bill or account for any trial end date and whether the charge will begin afterward.
How much it costs, and what the rate card does not clarify
Verizon’s Consumer Fios TV rate card lists the bundle at $20 per month. Its rates are effective August 1, 2025; Verizon says prices can change and plan availability varies.

The same rate card lists standard TV connection charges separately. It does not explain whether those charges overlap with the streaming device bundle or how they apply to a specific account.

What to verify before removing it
The rate card does not establish the bundle’s current eligibility rules, screen limits, supported apps, or what will stop working if it is removed. Before making a decision, check the add-on details attached to your account or ask Verizon to confirm the terms for your plan.
- Find the exact line item on your bill or account, and check whether it is currently billed or still within a trial period.
- Confirm which devices and screens the charge covers and whether your intended use requires the add-on.
- Ask what access or features would change if you remove it, including whether the change affects Fios TV viewing on any devices you use.
- For a particular television or streaming device, verify that the current Fios TV app and your plan support it. A device’s ability to run an app should not be assumed from the bundle name.
Is the bundle worth keeping?
Compare its monthly charge and any trial end date with the devices your household actually uses. Then confirm that those devices are supported under your current Fios TV plan and ask Verizon what removing the add-on changes. The published rate card does not provide enough detail to determine whether a particular household needs the bundle or whether it replaces any connection charges.
