As of October 6, 2026, Prodigy SEG CEO Jérôme Coupez was accusing Karmine Corp of owing Rocket League players Axel “Vatira” Touret and Tristan “Atow.” Soyez several hundred thousand euros in unpaid wages. Karmine Corp co-founder Kamel “Kameto” Kebir had said missed payments were made. The accounts conflict, and the report does not establish which is correct.
How much does Karmine Corp allegedly owe Vatira and Atow.?
Insider Gaming reported on October 6, 2026, that Coupez put the alleged unpaid amount at “several hundred thousand euros” and later clarified that it exceeded €300,000. Coupez said it was wages, not bonus pay. This is an allegation attributed to the players’ agent, not an independently verified balance. Insider Gaming’s report is the source for the figures.

Did Karmine Corp pay Vatira and Atow.?
The public accounts disagree. Kameto addressed missed payments on stream and said they had since been paid. Coupez disputed that account, saying substantial wages remained unpaid and that there had been no precise response or concrete regularization plan. The October 6 report documents both statements but provides no accounting that resolves the dispute.
Insider Gaming quoted Coupez as saying: “To date, several hundred thousand euros remain unpaid, without a precise response or concrete regularization plan,” and “it is not a matter of ‘bonuses.’” These words are attributed to Coupez through the report; they have not been independently checked against the full original post.

What did Coupez say about contract talks?
Coupez said payment issues and conditions were the main subject of discussions with Karmine Corp about a possible contract extension. He also said the uncertainty was considered in discussions about the players’ future, and that an extension would not automatically be prioritized over comparable offers elsewhere. As of the October 6 report, the players were exploring opportunities elsewhere, including a possible move involving Gentle Mates. Buyout discussions had yet to take place, so the report did not describe a completed transfer or confirm where either player would go. Roster negotiations can change, and this account reflects the status reported on that date.
