The UNISOC T9100 is a 6 nm smartphone 5G system-on-chip with an eight-core CPU, Mali-G57 graphics, LPDDR4X memory support, and an 8 TOPS NPU. Published Geekbench 6 results place it around 870–890 in single-core and about 2,450 in multi-core tests, but those are database results from different submissions—not guaranteed scores for every T9100 phone.

UNISOC T9100 specifications at a glance

Feature UNISOC-listed specification
Manufacturing process 6 nm
CPU 8 cores: 1× Arm Cortex-A76 at 2.7 GHz, 3× Cortex-A76 at 2.3 GHz, and 4× Cortex-A55 at 2.1 GHz
GPU Arm Mali-G57; the product parameter table does not state the core count
Memory LPDDR4X, up to 2133 MHz
Storage support eMMC 5.1 and UFS 3.1
Cellular 5G NR Release 15; LTE downlink Cat 15 and uplink Cat 18
Display support FHD+ at up to 120 Hz, or QHD+ at up to 60 Hz
Video 4K video encode and decode at up to 60 frames per second
Camera capability Up to 108 MP
AI processor 8 TOPS NPU
Wireless connectivity Bluetooth 5.0; 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi

These are platform capabilities listed by UNISOC’s T9100 product page. A phone maker chooses which supported features to implement, so the chip’s maximum display, camera, video, or connectivity capabilities do not establish what any particular handset includes.

How fast is the UNISOC T9100?

Available Geekbench 6 figures cluster around 870–890 for single-core and 2,450 for multi-core, but the sources report different results. Notebookcheck lists 891 single-core and 2,450 multi-core for its reference device, which it identifies as having UFS 3.1 storage and 8 GB of RAM. Its page was updated January 8, 2026. Notebookcheck’s T9100 listing also reports 639 in Geekbench 5 single-core and 187,892 for the CPU in AnTuTu v10.

NanoReview lists Geekbench 6 results of 872 single-core and 2,451 multi-core. The near-match in multi-core scores and modest difference in single-core scores should be read as separate reported results, not as a single official rating. Device configuration, software, cooling, and benchmark conditions can all affect a phone’s result. NanoReview’s T9100 page presents database and user-submitted figures rather than a guarantee for retail devices.

Elebase USB to USB C Adapter for iPhone 18 Pro Max,USBC Car Charger Adapter
  • Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
  • Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
  • Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
  • Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
  • 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.

AnTuTu results depend on version and submission

NanoReview lists an AnTuTu 11 total of 723,825, broken down as 292,879 CPU, 61,687 GPU, 147,055 memory, and 222,204 UX. These component values add to the stated total. The page also shows user submissions dated March 26 through September 12, 2026, ranging from 661,793 to 754,254. Those are results submitted for differing devices and conditions, not a controlled lab average. AnTuTu 10 and AnTuTu 11 use different versions of the test; their totals should not be compared as if they were on one scale.

What the specifications mean in practice

CPU: a mix of performance and efficiency cores

The T9100 pairs four Cortex-A76 cores—one running at 2.7 GHz and three at 2.3 GHz—with four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.1 GHz. This 1+3+4 arrangement combines higher-performance cores for demanding work with lower-power cores for lighter tasks. The configuration describes the chip, not a measured promise of app speed or sustained performance in a finished phone.

Graphics and memory

UNISOC identifies the graphics processor as an Arm Mali-G57 and lists LPDDR4X memory support up to 2133 MHz, alongside eMMC 5.1 and UFS 3.1 storage options. UNISOC’s product parameter table does not specify the Mali-G57 core count, so a core-count claim cannot be confirmed from that specification. A phone’s selected storage type and memory configuration also matter when interpreting benchmark results.

5G, display, and video capabilities

The official specification lists 5G NR Release 15, dual-carrier aggregation, standalone and non-standalone modes, dual SIM, and dual-5G standby. It also lists FHD+ displays at up to 120 Hz or QHD+ at up to 60 Hz, plus 4K/60 video encode and decode. These are supported platform features; availability depends on the handset’s design, software, network support, and regional variant.

AI, camera, and security

UNISOC lists an 8.0 TOPS NPU, support for camera sensors up to 108 MP, and its Vivimagic 6.0 imaging system. These figures describe manufacturer-stated capability, not a direct measure of image quality or AI performance in a specific phone. UNISOC’s Chinese-language specification describes the T9100 iSE security solution as combining a trusted execution environment with a separate hardware encryption/decryption engine. The manufacturer cautions that its stated power and security improvements come from its laboratory and can vary by version and test environment. UNISOC’s Chinese T9100 specification corroborates the core configuration, process, graphics, memory, camera, and connectivity details.

How to interpret T9100 benchmark scores

  • Compare the same benchmark version. Geekbench 5 and Geekbench 6, or AnTuTu 10 and AnTuTu 11, produce results on different scales.
  • Check the device and configuration. RAM, storage, cooling, software, and the handset itself affect results; Notebookcheck’s listed reference configuration includes 8 GB RAM and UFS 3.1.
  • Separate CPU from graphics. Geekbench CPU scores do not establish gaming performance. The available evidence does not provide a controlled T9100 GPU comparison.
  • Do not infer battery life or thermals from a short score. The available benchmark listings do not establish measured handset battery life, heat, or sustained performance.
  • Prefer comparable retail-device tests. A meaningful comparison with another chip needs the same benchmark version and, ideally, identified phones tested under similar conditions.

Which phones use the UNISOC T9100?

NanoReview associates the ZTE Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G with the T9100. That listing establishes an association on the database page, but it does not verify every regional model or the processor in a particular retail listing. Check the exact handset variant’s manufacturer specifications before relying on the chip name.

Is the T9100 also called the T820?

UNISOC’s current product page uses the name T9100. Notebookcheck labels the processor “Unisoc T9100 (T820)” and notes the former T820 name. The parenthetical is a naming note in that database, rather than a reason to treat T820 as the name on UNISOC’s current product page.
