Unearth Relics is a Nintendo Switch excavation game controlled with the guitar-shaped controller bundled with HORI’s GUITAR LIFE -LESSON1-. Players hold the controller by its neck and make digging motions to uncover a buried relic in each stage.
How the guitar controller works
Rather than using a standard gamepad, Unearth Relics turns the specific guitar controller included with HORI’s GUITAR LIFE -LESSON1- into a shovel. Nintendo’s product listing says that controller is required; it does not establish support for generic guitar controllers. What you do in each stage
Each stage contains one relic. According to 4Gamer’s launch report, you clear a stage by fully excavating that relic. Relics vary in size, from small to large.

- Platform: Nintendo Switch download. Nintendo’s listing also marks the game as supported on Switch 2.

- Download size: 193 MB, according to Nintendo’s US listing.

4Gamer reported a Japanese launch price of 700 yen, including tax. That figure is specific to Japan. Nintendo has a US product listing, but the available launch information does not establish availability or pricing in every region; check your local Nintendo eShop listing for current details.
