In the accessible version of Destructoid’s Legacy Piece tier list, Ichigo True Bankai and Undyne lead the sword rankings; Araya and Procurator lead abilities; and Yhwach/Almighty and The World (Over Heaven) top styles. These are one guide author’s qualitative recommendations for players weighing PvP and PvE—not measured rankings or a guarantee that a move will suit every build. The page’s displayed date and a newer search-indexed update conflict, so check the current list and game references before committing to a specific unlock.
How to use this Legacy Piece tier list
Gordan Perisic says he considers both PvP and PvE and compares swords with styles and abilities. The accessible guide does not provide a documented test protocol, sample sizes, or numerical damage benchmarks, so its placements are best read as editorial guidance rather than verified performance measurements. Read the Destructoid tier list.
For a build decision, consider more than a tier label: whether you want direct damage or utility, how much activation and setup a move requires, how complex its rotation is, and whether it fits your current progression. PvP and PvE can also reward different strengths; the accessible list does not give separate measured rankings for each mode.
Best swords
The accessible list places Ichigo True Bankai and Undyne in the top SSS tier. Their strengths differ according to the guide’s descriptions:
#1 Best Overall
- 1. DYNAMIC CHARACTER STYLE: Featuring an expressive fixed pose and detailed sculpting, this anime action figure adds animation-inspired character style to imaginative play, toy collections, and decorative display spaces.
- 2. 8-INCH PVC COLLECTIBLE FIGURE: Made from PVC material, the assembled figure measures approximately 9 x 9 x 6 inches. Its noticeable size makes it suitable as a character toy, model figure, or collectible display piece.
- 3. DESIGNED FOR KIDS AGES 8+: Recommended for boys and girls ages 6 and up, this collectible toy encourages imaginative character play and can be enjoyed individually, shared with friends, or added to an existing figure collection.
- 4. PLAYROOM AND BEDROOM DECOR: Display the character figurine on a bedroom shelf, playroom table, study desk, bookshelf, gaming setup, office shelf, or inside a display case as a decorative model and room accessory.
- 5. GIFT FOR KIDS AND ANIMATION FANS: A fun gift option for kids, boys, girls, animation enthusiasts, gamers, and figure collectors. Suitable for birthdays, Christmas, holidays, rewards, parties, and special celebrations.
- Ichigo True Bankai: A high-damage option once its Blood Chain stacking requirement is met. That makes activation and setup relevant to whether its peak is practical for your build.
- Undyne: Its Undying Determination mode is described as increasing both damage and damage reduction, combining offense with defensive value.
These are qualitative claims from the guide, not independently tested comparisons. Check current move details and unlock requirements before building around either sword.
Best abilities
Araya and Procurator are placed in S tier. The guide presents them as different kinds of choices rather than interchangeable damage picks:
Rank #2
- Anime Heroes ONE PIECE Monkey D. Luffy Gear 5 brings Luffy’s Gear 5 look to life in the Anime Heroes 6.5-inch line
- Featuring detailed character sculpting and multiple points of articulation, it’s built for expressive poses, action play, and display
- A must-have figure for ONE PIECE fans and collectors
- For Ages 4+
- Araya: Described as a direct, high-damage option, making it the more straightforward recommendation for players prioritizing damage.
- Procurator: Described as more complex, with phases that take time to master and the potential for very high damage. Its appeal depends on being willing to learn and execute that setup.
Benimaro and Shinru appear in A tier as alternatives or support options. A lower placement does not make an ability automatically unsuitable: utility, accessibility, and fit with the rest of a build can matter more than rank.

The tier list’s version is uncertain: the accessible page displays a September 14, 2026 publication and update date, while its search-indexed result showed an October 5, 2026 update and mentioned Chad and Queen of Hatred as additions. Those conflicting dates mean the newest placements cannot be established from the accessible version alone. Do not assume the listed rankings include those additions or represent the current list.

- Cross-check move availability, unlock details, and game references through the Legacy Piece Trello, Wiki and Discord hub, which links to those community resources as well as the Roblox game page.
- Choose based on your priorities—damage, utility, setup reliability, complexity, and progression—rather than treating a tier label as a universal verdict.
Lower-tier options can still suit players who are starting out, according to the information hub. A top-ranked move is not automatically the best immediate target if its requirements or execution do not fit your current stage.
