For senior living operators comparing reputation-management software, Birdeye, Reputation, and Opiniion make a practical shortlist based on their published product fit—not an independently tested ranking. Birdeye emphasizes review management and reputation tracking; Reputation focuses on multi-site feedback and care-setting insights; Opiniion centers on resident-experience feedback across the lifecycle. The right choice depends on your communities, review destinations, workflows, integrations, privacy needs, and budget.

What each platform offers

Birdeye: review workflows and a named senior-living case

Birdeye describes a unified review-management offer that includes generating and responding to reviews, promoting reviews, tracking reputation by location, and routing issues for follow-up. Its case-study listing includes Arrow Senior Living: Birdeye reports that Arrow increased AI search visibility by 9.2% and leads by 52.8% with Birdeye AI Search across 46 communities. Those figures are vendor-reported; the listing does not provide methodology, so treat them as a case example rather than independently verified or typical results. Birdeye case-study listing

Reputation: multi-site feedback and care-setting insights

Reputation’s care and living product page describes a platform for senior living and other care settings. It brings reviews, surveys, and social feedback together, with sentiment analysis across themes such as safety, staff, communication, and cleanliness. It also describes journey insights, listings and local SEO, competitive comparisons, and dashboards that can map feedback to regulatory categories. Reputation says it supports multi-brand, multi-location role-based reporting and integrations with major UK CRM and scheduling tools. These are vendor statements; confirm the specific systems, geography, and relevance to your requirements before relying on them.

Opiniion: feedback across the resident lifecycle

Opiniion markets a senior living resident-experience platform for gathering feedback across the resident lifecycle, monitoring reputation, and reporting across portfolios. Its page describes resident stories and family testimonials, automated feedback requests, review response management, surveys, sentiment analysis, social and listing capabilities, and performance dashboards. Requests can be triggered around events such as move-in, work orders, renewals, and move-out. The vendor also describes integrations with leading property-management systems; ask which exact systems and workflows it supports for your operation.

A specialist option with published bed-based pricing

Senior Living Reputation Management is a more narrowly positioned option. Its service page describes review requests across Google, Yelp, A Place for Mom, and Caring.com; low-score surveys; review monitoring and responses; and integrations with popular management software for basic resident and family information without PHI. The vendor page lists these prices, with the year not stated on the page:

Licensed beds Displayed price
0–25 $299 per month
25–50 $499 per month
Larger facilities Contact the company

These are the vendor’s displayed prices, not a market benchmark, and should be reconfirmed directly. The page describes surveying people who leave low ratings before asking them to post a review. Ask the vendor to demonstrate how that workflow complies with each review destination’s policies and avoids suppressing negative feedback. How to choose software for your communities

Use demos to compare the workflows your staff will actually run, rather than relying on broad platform descriptions. Ask each vendor to walk through realistic resident and family feedback examples using your likely community count and review channels.

  • Locations and access: Compare community counts, portfolio views, permissions, and role-based reporting.
  • Channels: Confirm which review and senior-care discovery sites are monitored, supported for requests, and available for response workflows.
  • Request triggers and routing: Ask what events can trigger a request, who receives feedback, and how follow-up is tracked across communities.
  • Approvals, escalation, and privacy: Review response approval steps, escalation paths for sensitive issues, and controls for resident information.
  • Surveys and reporting: Check resident and family survey options, sentiment and issue reporting, and whether dashboards answer operational questions you care about.
  • Listings and local search: Clarify which listing and local-search functions are included and how visibility is measured.
  • Integrations and implementation: Verify compatibility with your CRM, scheduling, or property-management systems, plus implementation and ongoing support.
  • Total cost: Request full pricing at your scale, including any costs tied to locations, users, integrations, or services.

Do not assume a vendor’s general healthcare or enterprise claims establish that a particular workflow meets your organization’s privacy or regulatory requirements. Ask for specifics relevant to your use case.
