The claim that Tonda Ros played UFO 50 for almost 700 hours—and called it his favourite game of the last 20 years—is not verified by the sources available here. An official Eggplant podcast listing does confirm that Ros appeared in a discussion of Rakshasa, a game in the collection, but it does not give his playtime or quote him saying that.
What the official episode listing confirms
Eggplant’s official Rakshasa episode page, published June 13, 2025, describes the episode this way: “We’re joined by Tonda Ros (Blue Prince) and doseone (Enter the Gungeon) to discuss Rakshasa, the 38th game in the UFO 50 collection.” That confirms Ros’s participation in a discussion about a UFO 50 game and identifies him parenthetically with Blue Prince. The listing does not specify his role or credit on Blue Prince.

Is the almost-700-hour figure verified?

Did Ros call it his favourite game of the last 20 years?
