Three older Toy Story games have reportedly been removed from the PlayStation Store and PS Plus Premium: Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue for PS1, plus the PSP edition of Toy Story 3. The removals were reported ahead of two Toy Story re-releases scheduled for October 15, 2026, but Sony and Disney have not publicly confirmed that the releases caused the delistings.
Which Toy Story games were removed?
Push Square reported on September 29, 2026, that these three titles had been delisted from the PlayStation Store and removed from PS Plus Premium:

The timing was reported in connection with Toy Story Retro Roundup and Toy Story 3 Complete Edition. VGTimes reported that both releases were scheduled for October 15, 2026. That date and the suggested connection are reported information, not confirmation of a decision by Sony or Disney; the reviewed coverage does not provide an official explanation for these specific removals. What the delisting means for access
According to Push Square, the games also left PS Plus Premium, and subscribers using those PS Plus versions would be locked out. A subscription version is not the same as a separately purchased copy, so do not assume a subscription removal tells you what happens to a purchase on your account.
PlayStation’s general “Important notice” support page says previously purchased PS3 and PS Vita content can continue to be played, subject to each game’s online features and service availability, and can still be downloaded for the foreseeable future. That guidance is limited to PS3 and PS Vita and does not specifically address these PS1 and PSP titles or their PS Plus status.

The PSP Toy Story 3 is a different game version
The removed Toy Story 3 is the PSP edition, not the console version. Push Square says the PSP game has a campaign presented through Rex’s illustrated story book and does not include the PS3 version’s Toy Box mode. The new Toy Story 3 Complete Edition should not be treated as a replacement for that PSP campaign on the evidence available.
