Fit: measure before choosing a size
Therabody’s sizing guidance uses two measurements: inseam, measured from the bottom of the groin to the ankle bone, and leg length, measured from the bottom of the groin to the floor while standing without shoes. The page recommends sizing down if you fall between sizes.

Do the boots improve recovery?
Therabody markets Prime for benefits related to soreness, fatigue, circulation, mobility, and performance. Its product page includes a statement from Dr. Robin Thorpe, PhD in Exercise Physiology and a member of Therabody’s Scientific Advisory Board: “Pneumatic compression increases blood flow and circulation, alleviating muscle fatigue. Increasing blood flow and circulation can support effective recovery, leading to rejuvenated energy levels allowing you to perform optimally, more often.” This is a company-hosted statement from an affiliated expert, not an independent trial result, and it does not quantify an effect from JetBoots Prime.
