Not before checking the PlayStation account and platform where you own the game. CD PROJEKT RED says the Remastered update is free for qualifying owners and that base-game owners can get both expansions at no extra cost after updating. Eligibility depends on platform and ownership, so the publisher’s statement does not establish that every purchase on every platform qualifies. Its September 29, 2026 announcement explains the release and upgrade, but check your own library and account before paying for another copy.

The Store lists PS5 and PS5 Pro Enhanced versions. It also says cloud streaming on PS5 and PS Portal requires a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. That subscription condition is for streaming; the listing does not say it is required simply to buy the game.
