What the footage and comments do—and do not—establish
A commenter wrote, “You can see her hesitate and then pretend it didn’t happen.” That is the commenter’s interpretation of the footage, not evidence establishing what the driver noticed or intended. The thread does not independently identify the driver, verify that the driver worked for Amazon or a delivery partner, or establish who owned the vehicle.
