Their India price snapshots also place them in very different tiers, but the figures conflict and are not confirmed live prices.

Which phone has the better screen and portability?
The POVA 7 Pro has the larger listed display at 6.78 inches, and its 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K AMOLED panel make it the clear choice on the published screen-size and refresh-rate specifications. That extra screen area can suit video, games and reading, but it also means a larger phone to handle.

The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch display makes it the more compact choice based on screen size. The cited vivo India product page does not state a refresh rate, so there is no like-for-like refresh-rate comparison here. Choose based on whether you prioritize a roomy panel or a smaller footprint, rather than assuming the panel specs establish overall display quality.
How do their processors and memory compare?
The vivo India listing names a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while TECNO’s POVA specification page names a Dimensity 7300 Ultimate. TECNO’s global product page uses Dimensity 7300 instead, so the processor naming is not fully consistent across its own pages. Confirm the chipset on the regional listing for the exact phone you are considering.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the TECNO POVA 7 Pro 5G if its larger 6.78-inch 144Hz screen is your priority and its regional price and configuration meet your needs.
- Choose the vivo X300 FE if you prefer a smaller 6.31-inch phone and value the listed telephoto camera, Snapdragon chipset, larger battery and higher charging rates.
- Compare the exact listings before paying because regional specifications, memory options, stock and prices can differ.
TECNO notes that product specifications can change and availability varies by region on its global product page. For India, also check vivo’s official store listing alongside retailer prices.
