What do the camera specifications tell you?
TECNO lists a 64MP + 8MP rear-camera system for the POVA 7 Pro 5G and a 50MP autofocus rear camera for the POVA 8 5G. Those numbers describe listed camera configurations, not photo quality. Megapixel counts alone do not show which phone takes better pictures, and the available evidence does not establish a head-to-head camera result.
The POVA 8’s Active Matrix feature is a separate display on the back of the phone, not another camera lens. Android Central noted the rear display in its POVA 8 5G review published July 18, 2026.
