TCL’s U.S. product page lists the 98-inch 98QM8L at $2,999.99, compared with a displayed $5,999.99 price—a $3,000, or roughly 50%, reduction. That is TCL’s current displayed price comparison, not confirmation of an Amazon deal. TCL’s June 23–26, 2026 Prime Day announcement listed this TV at $4,499.99, while the $2,999.99 price appears in its October 6 fall-promotion release. Check the retailer listing for the live price, stock, delivery, and installation terms.
Is the 98-inch TCL QM8L really 50% off for Prime Day?
TCL’s U.S. product page currently displays $2,999.99 for the 98QM8L against a comparison price of $5,999.99. The difference is $3,000, or 50% of the displayed comparison price. TCL’s October 6, 2026 fall-promotion release also lists the model at $2,999.99 and says prices are subject to change. TCL’s 98QM8L product page and its October promotion announcement support that price comparison.
The timing matters: TCL’s June 23–26, 2026 Prime Day announcement priced the 98-inch QM8L at $4,499.99. That earlier Prime Day offer is distinct from the October $2,999.99 promotion. The available announcements do not establish that Amazon currently has the TV at $2,999.99, or that it is in stock there. Confirm the exact-model listing and checkout terms before treating this as an Amazon deal.
