Taipei GTA is a free browser game set in Taipei, playable on a computer or phone without installing a separate app. TVBS reported that it reached 1.2 million concurrent players within three days of launch, but no independent analytics confirmation or measurement details were available in the reporting reviewed here. The game is associated with creator handle aicodewithme; it is not an official Grand Theft Auto product.
What Taipei GTA is
Also styled 《臺北 GTA：去臺北狂飆》, Taipei GTA is an open-world browser game that depicts parts of Taipei and invites players to explore on foot or by vehicle. News coverage names locations including Ximending, Taipei Main Station and Taipei 101. “Taipei GTA” is a shorthand used by outlets to describe its open-world crime-game conventions, not an official Grand Theft Auto title.
Marie Claire Taiwan says the project was neither developed nor licensed by Rockstar Games. Do not treat it as an official GTA release or assume Rockstar is involved.
Where to play and what it costs
Reports describe the game as free to play through a web browser on a computer or phone, with no separate app download required. The available coverage does not establish a permanent address or guarantee that the game will remain available, so use current reporting or the creator’s own channels to locate it rather than relying on an unverified link.
