There has been post-launch development, but PC update coverage should not be treated as proof of identical Xbox behavior. PC Gamer reported that patch 1.20, in March 2026, added third-act material including the Etherbloom Love cave, the Sleepwalker and Cairnguard minibosses, and the quest The Empty House. It also reported revisions to terrain and paths, a bandit camp, and Alysa’s Seacrest Manor, which became a customizable home. Earlier, PC Gamer’s September 2025 coverage of patch 1.1 noted New Game Plus, a head-bobbing option, and equipment-appearance customization. These reports show changes to the game over time; they do not verify current Series X performance or establish that every PC change shipped identically on Xbox.
