T-Mobile introduced its Rely, Amplified and All-In 5G Home Internet plans on December 11, 2024. They remain the three tiers shown on the company’s current plan page: advertised AutoPay pricing is $50, $60 and $70 per month, respectively, with lower listed prices for customers who qualify through a T-Mobile voice line. Which one makes sense depends on local 5G performance and whether the higher tiers’ equipment and extras are useful to your household.
What T-Mobile introduced—and when
T-Mobile announced the three plans in December 2024, with availability beginning December 11. The names are Rely, Amplified and All-In. In its launch announcement, T-Mobile described the plans as offering “the benefits and choices they need to fit their connected lifestyle,” along with a “reliable, stress-free internet experience.” That is the company’s launch positioning, not an independent performance finding. Read T-Mobile’s announcement.
How much the plans cost now
T-Mobile’s current comparison lists the following monthly prices. The voice-line rate is a listed bundled price, not an automatic discount for every customer; confirm eligibility and the final amount for your account. Prices shown are advertised with AutoPay. T-Mobile’s current offer page should be checked for applicable taxes, fees and terms before ordering. See T-Mobile’s current plan comparison.

What the speed ranges do—and do not—tell you
These plans deliver home internet over T-Mobile’s 5G network using a gateway that combines modem and router functions: it receives the cellular signal and provides Wi-Fi in the home. That makes the service dependent on local coverage and signal conditions, rather than a wired connection running directly to the home. T-Mobile advises customers to check availability for their address.
T-Mobile’s current plan FAQ lists typical download speeds of 170–354 Mbps for Rely and 170–498 Mbps for Amplified and All-In. It lists typical upload speeds of 12–55 Mbps. The separate network performance disclosure gives Amplified and All-In the same typical download range, but lists Rely at 133–415 Mbps; it lists uploads of 12–55 Mbps and typical latency of 16–28 ms for all tiers. These are different Rely download ranges from two official pages, so they should not be combined into a single figure. Plan FAQ · Network performance disclosure.

- DUAL-BAND WIFI 6 ROUTER: Wi-Fi 6(802.11ax) technology achieves faster speeds, greater capacity and reduced network congestion compared to the previous gen. All WiFi routers require a separate modem. Dual-Band WiFi routers do not support the 6 GHz band.
- AX1800: Enjoy smoother and more stable streaming, gaming, downloading with 1.8 Gbps total bandwidth (up to 1200 Mbps on 5 GHz and up to 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz). Performance varies by conditions, distance to devices, and obstacles such as walls.
- CONNECT MORE DEVICES: Wi-Fi 6 technology communicates more data to more devices simultaneously using revolutionary OFDMA technology
- EXTENSIVE COVERAGE: Achieve the strong, reliable WiFi coverage with Archer AX1800 as it focuses signal strength to your devices far away using Beamforming technology, 4 high-gain antennas and an advanced front-end module (FEM) chipset
- OUR CYBERSECURITY COMMITMENT: TP-Link is a signatory of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Secure-by-Design pledge. This device is designed, built, and maintained, with advanced security as a core requirement.
The published ranges are national typical figures, not a promise of the speed or latency at a particular home. T-Mobile says actual speeds can vary with location, time of day, signal strength, availability and other factors. Check your address and consider how the service performs during the hours your household needs it; upload-heavy work, video calls and latency-sensitive gaming may make local results especially important.
How to choose among Rely, Amplified and All-In
- Choose Rely if the basic tier meets your needs and you do not value the upgraded gateway or higher-tier extras. Its advertised speed range should not be treated as a guarantee for your address.
- Consider Amplified if the premium Wi-Fi 7 gateway and Advanced Cyber Security are worth the price difference to you. The advertised typical download range is the same as All-In’s on T-Mobile’s FAQ, so the higher price is not evidence of a higher stated speed range.
- Consider All-In if you will use the included streaming services, mesh Wi-Fi or technology support. Those benefits may matter more than the tier’s name or price alone; verify the exact current offer and equipment before assuming a benefit replaces something you already pay for.
For any tier, compare the eligible voice-line price with your actual account eligibility, and weigh the extras against your current needs. If Wi-Fi coverage is the concern, first determine whether the included gateway or All-In mesh extender addresses it. T-Mobile’s materials do not establish compatibility for any particular third-party mesh model or gateway combination.
