T-Mobile currently advertises the Motorola Razr+ 2026 “On Us” with up to $1,100 in bill credits. It is not an unconditional free phone: you need qualifying credit and service, and you’ll owe upfront charges and taxes. The limited-time offer may change, so confirm it is still available and that your account qualifies before agreeing to finance the phone.
What “free” means in T-Mobile’s offer
The advertised discount is up to $1,100, delivered as bill credits rather than as an immediate price reduction. You must finance the phone and meet T-Mobile’s eligibility terms. The qualifying service costs at least $100 per month with AutoPay, before taxes and fees. Your monthly service charge continues while you receive device credits.
At sale, T-Mobile lists a $35 device connection charge and tax on the phone’s pre-credit price. Credit approval is required. The offer page describes the promotion as limited-time and subject to change; check the current Motorola phone deals or the Razr+ 2026 device page for the live offer and terms.

T-Mobile’s current offer materials list the following plans by membership status. This list does not determine whether a particular account or line qualifies; confirm that directly with T-Mobile before starting a financing agreement.

How to check and claim the offer
- Verify the promotion is live. Open T-Mobile’s Motorola phone deals or Razr+ 2026 page. Confirm the “On Us” offer and its terms still appear; the promotion is time-limited.
- Confirm your account and plan qualify. Check the eligible plan list and ask T-Mobile to verify your specific line, membership status, and credit eligibility before you accept financing.
- Work out the upfront cost. Budget for the $35 device connection charge and tax calculated on the phone’s pre-credit price, as well as your service plan’s monthly charges and taxes.
- Review the credit terms. The offer advertises up to $1,100 in bill credits. T-Mobile says to allow two billing cycles for credits to appear, and the promotional line must remain active and in good standing.
- Understand what happens if you leave or pay early. Paying off the device early ends the credits. Cancelling the entire account can also stop credits and make the remaining device-financing balance due. Contact T-Mobile before paying off the phone or cancelling service.
Costs and conditions to weigh before you accept
- Service commitment: The qualifying plan costs at least $100 per month with AutoPay, before taxes and fees. Include the ongoing plan cost—not just the phone’s advertised price—in your decision.
- Upfront charges: The $35 device connection charge and tax on the pre-credit phone price are due at sale.
- Credits are conditional: Keep the promotional line active and in good standing to receive credits. T-Mobile says early device payoff ends them; cancelling the entire account can stop them and leave the remaining financed balance due.
- Timing: Credits may take two billing cycles to appear, according to T-Mobile’s offer page.
The deal may make sense if you already qualify for the plan and intend to keep the line and financing in place. If you would upgrade to a more expensive plan solely to get the phone, compare that added service cost against the credits you expect to receive.
