The original Tokyo run of the Suikoden 30th Anniversary Exhibition ended on January 12, 2026, at Gallery AaMo in Tokyo Dome City. The Genso Museum exhibition is set to return to the venue for a final Tokyo run from May 22 to June 6, 2027; ticket prices and sales dates have not yet been announced.
When did the Suikoden exhibition in Tokyo end?
The original Series 30th Anniversary Suikoden I&II Exhibition: Genso Museum ran at Gallery AaMo from December 6, 2025, through January 12, 2026. Its displays changed between two periods: December 6–24 and December 25–January 12. Dengeki Online reported on January 15, 2026, that the Tokyo exhibition had concluded, citing the official exhibition account. The organizers described the reception as strong, but no attendance figures were provided. Tokyo Dome’s event information and the Dengeki Online report confirm the run and its close.
What was in the Genso Museum exhibition?
The exhibition centered on Suikoden I and Suikoden II, drawing on Suikoden I & II HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars. Its premise was a museum imagined within the Suikoden world. Planned displays included life-size character statues and scene-based photo spots, character-associated weapons and clothing, original illustrations, and story materials. Some of the materials were described as being shown publicly for the first time. Tokyo Dome’s exhibition announcement describes the contents.
Tokyo Dome marked the series’ 30th anniversary on December 15, 2025, noting that the original Suikoden was released in 1995. Its announcement described each installment as featuring more than 108 individual characters; that figure is the organizer’s description.

Is the Suikoden exhibition coming back to Tokyo?
Yes. Tokyo Dome announced on October 7, 2026, that the exhibition will return to Gallery AaMo for a final Tokyo run from May 22 through June 6, 2027. The official announcement calls it a “FINAL Tokyo return” and says new material will be added. The official exhibition page carries the return details.
What will be new in 2027?
The announced additions include displays focused on the Dunan Unification War, original goods, and material about the series’ multimedia projects: the mobile game Suikoden STAR LEAP, anime, and stage production. The announcement says the additions respond to the exhibition’s reception; that characterization comes from Tokyo Dome, not an independently published attendance count.
Are tickets on sale?
No ticket price or sales date was included in the October 7, 2026 announcement. Ticket details are to be shared later, so the 2027 exhibition should not be treated as currently ticketed. Check the official event page for updates.

Where else did the exhibition run?
After the Tokyo exhibition, the Genso Museum traveled to Osaka. The official exhibition site lists a run at Daimaru Umeda from February 17 to March 9, 2026. The Tokyo dates and Osaka dates are distinct legs of the exhibition tour. The official exhibition site lists the tour information.
