Short answer: Sui’s DeepBook App is a live mainnet trading application with Spot and Predict markets, while Remittix has announced November 24, 2026 as the scheduled market-launch date for its RTX token. DeepBook’s markets and access rules are documented; Remittix’s exact exchanges, opening time and final liquidity arrangements still require confirmation.
What Sui launched with DeepBook App
The Sui Foundation announced DeepBook App on September 24, 2026. It brings two products to Sui mainnet: Spot, which exposes DeepBook’s shared central-limit order book, and Predict, an oracle-priced, peer-to-pool market.
DeepBook’s underlying shared order book records bids and asks on-chain and matches them by price and time. Sui says that order book has processed more than $20 billion in Sui trading volume and that more than 150,000 traders were on the prelaunch waitlist. Those are Sui Foundation project figures, not independently audited market totals.

How DeepBook Spot trading works
On-chain limit orders
Spot users submit bids or asks to an order book rather than trading against a single quoted pool. Price-time priority determines which resting orders match first. This structure is designed for traders who want visible order-book liquidity and limit-order control while retaining custody through their own wallet.
Settlement and custody
DeepBook states that funds settle on-chain without a house account or a withdrawal queue. The app is self-custodial: the user authorizes transactions from a wallet instead of depositing assets into a centralized exchange account.

Predict lets a trader select a BTC price or a price range for a chosen time horizon. Available horizons run from one minute to two weeks. That is different from a conventional binary prediction market in which the trader chooses only “yes” or “no” on a predefined proposition.

Peer-to-pool, options-style design
DeepBook describes Predict as a peer-to-pool, options-style market. A high-frequency volatility oracle supplies quotes, while each market is a separate shared object on Sui. Sui says that design enables parallel execution.
On-chain resolution
Funds settle on-chain when the market resolves. DeepBook says there is no house account holding user balances and no withdrawal queue. BTC is the only Predict asset listed at launch.
Where DeepBook is available
DeepBook’s FAQ lists the following unavailable jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore and Syria.

What the November 24, 2026 RTX date means
In an October 2, 2026 GlobeNewswire release, Remittix said its RTX token is scheduled to launch on November 24, 2026. The same company release reported more than $32 million raised in the presale, more than 40,000 participants and a $36 million hard cap.
“Scheduled” is the important qualification. The release does not establish an exact opening time, a complete exchange list or guaranteed execution across venues. A date announcement therefore does not by itself prove that RTX will be tradable at a particular hour or on every platform a reader may use.
What is still unconfirmed
- The exchanges or decentralized venues that will carry RTX.
- The opening time and time zone on November 24.
- The initial trading pairs and liquidity arrangements.
- Whether access will differ by country, verification status or platform.
Remittix’s official launch communications should provide those details closer to the date. Until then, claims about a specific venue or launch-hour price are unverified by the cited release.
What Remittix says about its PayFi rollout
A secondary TechBullion article, repeating project claims, says 1,000 selected holders are testing PayFi with initial euro and U.S.-dollar options, that the iOS wallet is available and that Remittix Markets is live for perpetual trading. Those statements describe the project’s reported rollout; they are not independent evidence of transaction performance, settlement speed or broad public availability.

The RTX launch is therefore a token-market milestone within a staged PayFi rollout, not proof that every planned payment route is already available to every user.
Do not confuse Remittix PayFi with Sui’s Remi infrastructure
Sui’s June 16, 2026 announcement about Remi Technology describes a separate institutional settlement initiative on Sui. Remi is integrating bank-issued EUB and USB e-money tokens from Bison Bank into a compliance-oriented cross-border clearing network.
The announcement describes alignment with MiCA, FATF and Basel Committee principles, SWIFT-compatible interfaces and participation by banks across Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and North America. It is infrastructure for regulated institutional settlement, not evidence about Remittix’s RTX listing or consumer wallet availability.

Where SUI fits in the trading system
Sui mainnet launched on May 3, 2023. SUI pays gas fees, facilitates transactions, helps secure the network and supplies on-chain liquidity. Sui’s token page describes a capped long-run supply of 10 billion SUI and says roughly 5% was circulating at mainnet launch, with releases scheduled over time.
Those tokenomics explain the network asset’s role in DeepBook, but they do not determine RTX’s supply, listing terms or launch price.
How to check whether RTX is actually tradable on November 24
- Use a launch notice published through Remittix’s official channels rather than an unverified exchange post.
- Confirm the exact venue, opening time and time zone.
- Verify the official RTX contract address and network before approving a transaction.
- Check the initial trading pair, liquidity disclosures, fees and any lock-up or vesting terms.
- Confirm that the venue legally serves your country and whether identity verification is required.
- Start with an amount you can afford to lose; a scheduled listing does not guarantee liquidity, execution or a stable price.
Bottom line
DeepBook is the immediately usable part of this story: its Spot order book and Predict product are already presented as Sui mainnet applications, with documented mechanics and jurisdiction limits. Remittix’s RTX story is forward-looking: November 24, 2026 is a company-announced target supported by presale figures, but the exchange list, opening time and final market conditions remain open until official launch details are published.
