All three prices and savings in the table come from Tom’s Hardware’s October 7, 2026 report. The report did not state how long the discounts would last. It also does not establish today’s checkout price, stock, or availability outside the listing’s region.

How to choose the right configuration
Choose Mini for a smaller footprint
The Mini format is the compact option in these offers. It can leave more desk and mouse space, but buyers should check the layout against their habits: the TKL is the better-described choice in this deal set for someone who wants dedicated arrow and function keys. The deal report does not specify every key-layout detail, so confirm the layout on the product listing before ordering.

Choose wireless or wired deliberately
The 50%-off offer is the Gen 2 Mini Wireless. The two Gen 3 offers are wired. If wireless operation is essential, verify that the listing explicitly names the wireless model; do not assume the wired Gen 3 discounts have the same connectivity.
Check generation before comparing features
These are different generations, not merely different sizes. SteelSeries’ Gen 3 page describes OmniPoint 3.0 Hall Effect switches and features including Rapid Trigger, Rapid Tap, Protection Mode, and 2-in-1 Action Keys. Those claims apply to the Gen 3 products described on that page; they should not be assumed for the Gen 2 Mini on sale. SteelSeries’ separate Apex Pro page describes OmniPoint 2.0, underscoring why the precise generation matters.

What Gen 3 features does SteelSeries list?
SteelSeries says the Apex Pro Gen 3’s OmniPoint 3.0 switches have adjustable actuation from 0.1 mm to 4.0 mm. The manufacturer also lists the following features on its Apex Pro Gen 3 product page:

Check software compatibility before buying
SteelSeries lists Windows 10 and above and macOS 11 and above for the Gen 3 product, while warning that not all software features are supported on Mac. If a particular configuration option matters to you, confirm its compatibility with your operating system and the exact model before purchase. The stated compatibility information is from the SteelSeries Gen 3 page; it should not be treated as a complete compatibility specification for every Apex Pro generation.
