Choose the Oakywood Standing Desk Pro if faster height adjustment, a lower minimum height, a wider size range, a higher stated load including the tabletop, four memory presets, and a LINAK frame matter most to you. Choose the Standing Desk Touch if its touchscreen control and its slightly higher height range suit your desk and your habits. Both are electric dual-motor desks, and Oakywood lists app control and anti-collision sensing on both.
Before you buy, be aware that Oakywood’s own listings do not agree on every figure for the Touch, and on the Touch’s warranty. The sections below separate the figures that are consistent from the ones you should verify on the product page for your country.

Height and fit for your body
The two desks cover different parts of the height scale. Both span 65 cm of travel, but the Touch sits 4 cm higher at each end. The Pro starts at 63 cm and tops out at 128 cm. The Touch starts at 67 cm and reaches 132 cm.

In practice, the Pro is the better fit if you are shorter, or if you sit for long periods and want a lower seated position. The Touch suits taller users who find the Pro’s 128 cm ceiling too low for standing. If you are between these ranges, measure your own sitting and standing elbow heights before you decide, because the desk’s usable range is what matters, not the catalogue span.
Do not confuse these figures with a separate Touch frame-only listing that gives 62.5–130 cm. That figure describes the frame on its own, and it does not match the full desk comparison or the Touch product page.

Speed and presets
The Pro moves at a listed 60 mm/s and the Touch at up to 40 mm/s. Taken at face value and ignoring acceleration, a full 65 cm traverse takes roughly 18 seconds on the Pro and roughly 27 seconds on the Touch. The difference is noticeable if you change height several times a day.

The Pro offers four presets, so you can store a sitting height, a standing height, and two positions for different users or tasks. The Touch offers two presets, which covers a basic sit-stand routine but leaves less room for shared desks.

Load capacity and build
The Pro is listed at 100 kg (220 lb) maximum load including the tabletop. The Touch’s figure depends on which Oakywood page you read. The collection comparison gives 68 kg (150 lb), and the Touch product page gives 70 kg (154 lb) as the maximum tabletop load. Treat these as a discrepancy and do not average them. If a heavy monitor arm, a large tabletop, or a shared load matters to you, confirm the figure on the product page for your market before you order.
Oakywood’s Pro product page also lists an 800 N load capacity and 25,000 lift cycles. These are vendor claims. They come from Oakywood and have not been verified by an independent test body.

The Pro’s 7 × 7 cm columns are slimmer than the Touch’s 7.5 × 7.5 cm columns. Column thickness affects how much the frame occupies under the desk, so check it if your leg space is tight.

The Pro uses a LINAK DPI1C quick-lever control. The Touch uses an LCD Smart touchscreen. A touchscreen gives you a visible height readout and direct preset selection, while a lever is simpler and tends to be easier to use by feel. Oakywood lists app control for both models.

Noise is only stated for the Touch in the sources reviewed. Its product page gives under 45 dB. One regional collection rendering gives under 50 dB, so the product page for your market is the figure to trust.

Oakywood’s collection comparison and the Pro product page both list a 10-year warranty for the Pro, and both the comparison and the Touch product page list a 5-year warranty for the Touch. However, the collection page also contains a sentence stating that both desks carry a 5-year warranty, and that sentence conflicts with its own 10-year Pro entry. Another regional collection rendering also showed different warranty values. Confirm the warranty term in writing with Oakywood for your country before you rely on it.
Price, finish and market
Prices depend on tabletop material, dimensions, finish, your country, and current promotions. Oakywood offers configurable tabletop dimensions and wood finishes, along with optional accessories such as an under-desk cable tray and a desk shelf. Starting prices and temporary discounts seen in search results may not apply to your market or configuration, so use the live configurator on Oakywood’s site to get the price for your exact setup.

How to verify the figures before buying
- Open Oakywood’s standing desk collection page and select your market, if a country or region selector is shown.
- Open the Standing Desk Pro and Standing Desk Touch product pages for that market, not only the collection comparison.
- Record the height range, maximum load, and warranty from each product page, and note any differences from the comparison table.
- Open the configurator, choose your tabletop width and depth, and check that the price and the advertised maximum load match your build.
- Ask Oakywood to confirm the warranty term in writing if the figures on the pages still differ.
Which desk to choose
- Choose the Pro if you want faster adjustment, a lower minimum height, a wider range of tabletop widths, four presets, a higher listed load including the tabletop, a LINAK frame, and a 10-year warranty on the product page.
- Choose the Touch if you prefer a touchscreen, you are taller and need the extra height at the top of the range, and the Touch’s listed load and warranty meet your needs on the product page for your market.
- Check first any load, noise, or warranty figure that matters to your purchase, because Oakywood’s pages do not agree on every one of them.
