GraphQLConf 2026 has concluded, so its sponsorship packages and deadlines are no longer available. The conference took place May 19–20 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Fremont, California, followed by Working Group Day on May 21. Here is what the 2026 prospectus offered, how its tiers compared, and which organizations sponsored the completed event.
What was GraphQLConf 2026?
Presented by the GraphQL Foundation, GraphQLConf brings the GraphQL community together for education, adoption, and advancement. The 2026 main conference ran May 19–20 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Fremont, California; Working Group Day followed on May 21. The Foundation’s event page describes the conference, and its post-event recap confirms the venue and completed event.
The Linux Foundation’s 2026 sponsorship prospectus estimated an audience of 300 people. That was a planning estimate, not a confirmed attendance count. It identified developers, API architects, product and technical leaders, enterprises and startups, educators and researchers, and data scientists as audience segments. The prospectus positioned sponsorship as a way to reach GraphQL developers and technical decision-makers.
Which organizations sponsored the completed conference?

What did the 2026 sponsorship packages cost?
The Linux Foundation prospectus listed three priced tiers. These are historical 2026 prices, not current offers:

The prospectus associated package tiers with combinations of speaking opportunities, attendee passes, optional attendee registration contact lists, social posts, keynote recognition, exhibit space, lead retrieval, logo placement, signage, marketing table access, post-event reporting, and a custom survey question. Benefits varied by tier; the prospectus should be consulted for its exact historical tier-by-tier allocation. It also listed add-on placements for a conference T-shirt, breaks, session recording, lanyards, the attendee party, a job board, and cross-promotion of approved community events.

For a practical comparison, consider whether a package’s price matched the sponsor’s goals across these areas:
- Speaking: Whether a tier included a speaking opportunity. Proposed content required program approval and had to be educational rather than promotional.
- Access: The number of included passes and whether lead retrieval was provided. Attendee registration contact lists were optional and opt-in only.
- On-site presence: Exhibit space, marketing table access, and any applicable signage or recognition.
- Visibility: Logo placement, social posts, keynote recognition, and any selected add-on placement.
- Measurement: Whether post-event reporting or a custom survey question was included.
These criteria describe the 2026 prospectus only. They are not confirmation that equivalent benefits, prices, or terms will apply to another GraphQLConf.

Can you still sponsor GraphQLConf 2026?
No. The event has concluded, so its packages and deadlines have passed. The prospectus versions listed different deadlines—April 3 and April 24, 2026—and do not establish a single definitive original deadline. Neither date is a current opportunity. For a future edition, check the GraphQL Foundation’s official conference page for an active sponsorship contact or prospectus; the 2026 materials do not verify future availability.
