The current result and component ranks are published by SP Jain; the Bloomberg listing available for verification still shows the previous edition.
What is SP Jain Global’s Bloomberg Businessweek ranking?
SP Jain Global’s September 15, 2026 announcement and its rankings page report that the school placed No. 6 in Asia-Pacific for 2026–27. SP Jain reports its previous position as No. 7 in 2025–26, making the latest result an improvement of one place.
The current ranking should be attributed to SP Jain: the Bloomberg Businessweek listing located for SP Jain is still labeled 2025–26 and displays the earlier result. Bloomberg’s indexed listing confirms that prior-edition position, but it does not independently confirm the 2026–27 result.

How SP Jain reports its component ranks
SP Jain’s announcement lists these positions in the ranking’s component areas:
| Component | Reported rank |

| Learning | No. 7 |
| Networking | No. 8 |
| Entrepreneurship | No. 8 |
These figures are component ranks, not additional overall rankings. SP Jain attributes its overall No. 6 position to its results across the indexes. The announcement does not provide salary figures, employment rates, or individual return-on-investment outcomes, so the rankings alone do not establish any of those results.

Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2025–26 SP Jain listing describes four indexes: compensation, learning, networking, and entrepreneurship. It says index scores draw on student and alumni survey responses and salary data reported by schools to MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA).
That description is context from the prior edition. It should not be treated as a verified account of the 2026–27 methodology or its detailed weighting: the Bloomberg listing available here remains on 2025–26. The current announcement also does not provide further outcome statistics that would explain the component scores.

How to interpret the result
- Compare schools using the same Bloomberg Businessweek edition and region; an Asia-Pacific position is not directly comparable with a rank from another region or year.
- Keep overall and component positions separate. No. 6 is the reported overall Asia-Pacific position; No. 5, No. 7, and No. 8 are component ranks.
- Do not read a school-level rank as a promise of a particular student’s pay, employment, networking opportunities, or learning experience.
- For a school-to-school comparison, check current primary documentation for each school’s participation, ranking inputs, and relevant outcomes rather than relying on rank alone.
