The Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 is a 6 nm mobile platform for budget and lower-midrange phones, with a 64-bit CPU running up to 2.3 GHz, Adreno graphics, and support for 5G. Published benchmark results give a useful reference, not a guaranteed score or gaming frame rate: the phone’s cooling, memory, software, and settings all matter.

Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 specifications

Qualcomm’s 2024 Rev A product brief describes the platform’s supported capabilities. A phone maker chooses which features to implement, so these figures describe the chipset platform rather than every phone that uses it. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 product brief also notes that optional features may depend on carrier or OEM selection and may incur an additional fee.

Area Platform specification
Process 6 nm
CPU 64-bit Kryo CPU, up to 2.3 GHz
GPU Adreno graphics; OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2.0, and Vulkan 1.1 support
Memory and storage LPDDR4x memory up to 2133 MHz; UFS 2.2 storage
Cellular Snapdragon X51 modem; 5G sub-6 GHz and mmWave, standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes, and dynamic spectrum sharing. Qualcomm lists peak rates up to 2.5 Gbps downlink and 1.5 Gbps uplink on 5G.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth FastConnect 6200, dual-band Wi-Fi with 2×2 MIMO, and Bluetooth 5.2
Display FHD+ (1080 × 2520) or HD+ support up to 120 Hz
Camera and video Triple 12-bit ISP and photo capture up to 108 MP; listed multi-camera zero-shutter-lag configurations; single-video capture up to 1080p at 60 FPS
Video playback H.264, H.265, VP8, and VP9 listed
Positioning GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, NavIC, and QZSS; dual-frequency GNSS support
Charging Quick Charge 4+ support

What the platform limits do—and do not—tell you

“Up to” values are ceilings or supported modes, not promises about a particular handset. A phone with this chipset may have a lower-resolution or lower-refresh-rate screen, a different camera setup, less memory, or different charging implementation. Qualcomm’s listed peak 5G rates likewise do not predict the speed you will see: network bands, carrier, signal, and local conditions matter.

Before buying, check the exact phone variant’s specifications for its screen refresh rate, camera configuration, RAM and storage, supported network bands, and charging. Qualcomm says Quick Charge is designed to raise a device’s battery charge by up to 50% in 15 minutes, but actual results may vary with device design; that is not a charging-time guarantee for every phone.

Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 benchmark results

Benchmark scores are attached to a test version and, often, a particular phone. Treat the figures below as reported reference points rather than a result every Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 handset will reproduce.

Benchmark Reported result How to read it
AnTuTu 11, NanoReview 617,626 total: CPU 256,848; GPU 60,984; memory 129,362; UX 170,432 NanoReview’s site-reported aggregate. The page also displays individual user submissions with varying results. See NanoReview’s live listing.
Geekbench 6.7.1 single-core, Notebookcheck 940 points Device-associated entries include the Motorola Moto G85 and Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G. See Notebookcheck’s processor listing.
Geekbench 6.7.1 multi-core, Notebookcheck 2,067 minimum; 2,086 average; 2,104 maximum These are results in Notebookcheck’s listed device sample, not a controlled promise for every phone.
PCMark 3.0, NanoReview 11,509 total A separate everyday-workload test; its score scale is not directly comparable with AnTuTu or Geekbench.

NanoReview describes AnTuTu as testing CPU, GPU, RAM, and I/O across scenarios, while PCMark focuses on everyday workloads. Scores from different benchmark versions should not be treated as though they came from the same test. The available listings do not establish sustained gaming frame rates, thermal behavior, battery endurance, or a controlled cross-phone comparison.

How does it compare with Snapdragon 695 and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1?

Notebookcheck lists Geekbench 6.7 single-core results of 906 for Snapdragon 695, 940 for Snapdragon 6s Gen 3, and 943 for Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. The close figures indicate that this particular CPU benchmark does not show a large gap among the three. Notebookcheck also describes the 6s Gen 3’s design as similar to the 695 and reports a slightly higher result in its Moto G85 testing context.

Those results are not a universal ranking: they come from device-linked entries, and a small difference in one CPU test does not settle GPU performance, sustained speed, or the overall experience. For a meaningful comparison, use the same benchmark version and similar test conditions, and consider CPU and GPU results separately alongside each phone’s memory, storage, cooling, price, and other features.

Can the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 run BGMI at a specific FPS?

The cited platform and benchmark listings do not establish a repeatable BGMI frame-rate result, so a specific FPS figure would be misleading. Performance in a given phone depends on the game version, graphics and frame-rate settings, handset cooling and implementation, and thermal conditions during play. Look for testing of the exact phone variant under the settings you intend to use; a chipset-level benchmark score cannot substitute for that test.

What should you check in a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 phone?

The chipset is only one part of a phone. The Motorola Moto G85 5G and Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G are examples listed by NanoReview and Notebookcheck, but availability and specifications can vary by market and variant. Compare the exact handset rather than choosing by processor name alone.
