As of October 2026, several phones appear on India’s under-₹15,000 slim-phone lists, but the available listings do not establish which is thinnest. The Xiaomi Redmi 13 5G, POCO M7 Pro, realme P3x, Moto G45 5G, Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 5G and Samsung Galaxy F16 5G are candidates—not a verified ranking by body thickness. To name a winner, compare manufacturer dimensions for the exact variants currently available below the budget.
Which phones make the under-₹15,000 shortlist?
MySmartPrice and Smartprix pages updated 2 October 2026 list models that fit the budget, while Bajaj Finance’s October 2026 page gives another Redmi 13 5G price. These are third-party list prices, not guaranteed checkout prices; sellers, locations and configurations can change the amount you pay.

Why there is no verified “thinnest” winner
The list pages identify phones as slim and show prices, but they do not provide a consistent set of manufacturer thickness measurements for these exact candidates and variants. A category label is not a measurement. Without comparable dimensions, assigning first place would imply a ranking the available evidence does not support.

For a defensible comparison, use the manufacturer’s India specification page for each exact model and variant, then compare body thickness in millimetres. Also check whether the variant is actually available under ₹15,000: prices may differ by RAM/storage configuration, seller and location. If you are choosing for pocketability or one-handed use, compare weight, width and height as well; a thinner phone is not automatically easier to hold.
How to choose among the candidates
- Start with the exact variant. Match RAM and storage on both the price listing and manufacturer specification page. The realme P3x and Galaxy F16 5G price examples show that configuration can affect the comparison.
- Check the live price. Treat list-page amounts as leads, not guaranteed offers. Confirm the seller, stock and checkout price before deciding whether a model remains within budget.
- Compare dimensions, not labels. Record official thickness for the same India variant across all phones being considered. Do not mix measurements for different variants or rely on a retailer’s “slim” category.
- Balance thinness with other priorities. Compare verified weight and footprint for comfort. For battery, display, charging, software support or camera decisions, rely on sourced specifications for the exact model rather than assuming that a thin-phone label predicts performance.
Bajaj Finance describes the Redmi 13 5G as having a 108MP main camera, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 and 5,030mAh battery. Those details are attributed to its October 2026 list; check Xiaomi’s specification page for the exact variant before treating them as definitive.

However, the reviewed under-₹15,000 lists do not establish that this model falls within the budget, so that measurement does not make it the winner here.
