The Sleeping Duck AntiGravity Pillow comes in two heights, but the available evidence is not enough to establish a controlled comfort verdict. Its Australian product page describes a foam designed to combine memory-foam cushioning with latex-like adaptability; those are manufacturer claims, not independently demonstrated results. The clearest practical considerations are choosing between its 9.5 cm and 13.5 cm versions, accepting a pillow that should not be washed, and checking the current price and guarantee terms before buying.
What is the AntiGravity Pillow?
Sleeping Duck describes its AntiGravity foam as combining the cushioning and pressure-relieving properties of memory foam with latex-like adaptability. The company presents the pillow as a design intended to accommodate movement and support a sleeper’s preferred head and neck position. The available sources do not independently verify those performance claims or establish how the pillow feels in use. Sleeping Duck’s Australian product page also says the foam is CertiPUR-US certified; that is a manufacturer-stated certification claim.
A separate Sleeping Duck page for another market says the foam cell structure is “8x more porous than Memory Foam.” That is a company comparison, not independent evidence of a cooling benefit, and it should not be treated as a measured result for every sleeper or market. The New Zealand product page provides that claim.

| Version | Height | Brand guidance |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 9.5 cm | Sleeping Duck lists this height; the page does not give a specific sleeper profile for it. |
| Tall | 13.5 cm | The brand says it may suit people who prefer a higher pillow and side sleepers with larger shoulder girths. |
Sleeping Duck frames the choice as preference-dependent, not a universal rule based on sleeping position. Consider how much loft you prefer and how the pillow’s height relates to your shoulder width; the supplied evidence does not establish an ideal fit for any particular person.

Care and the 100-night guarantee
Cleaning
CHOICE says not to wash the pillow. If it gets wet, its advice is to pat it dry and air-dry it away from direct sunlight. That care requirement may be a drawback if you want a pillow that can be laundered.

The AntiGravity Pillow is worth considering if you want a foam pillow with two listed heights and are comfortable with its stated care restrictions. The evidence here does not establish that its material claims translate into a particular comfort, cooling or pain-relief outcome. Before buying, compare the height that suits your preference, the current price, the washing limitation and the full guarantee conditions.
