The report is labeled “Tom’s Hardware Approved – Sponsored Offer” and lists its author as Sponsored.

CPU: a gaming-focused eight-core processor
The Ryzen 7 7800X3D has 8 cores, 16 threads, a 4.2GHz base clock, a 5.0GHz boost clock, and 96MB of L3 cache, according to Tom’s Hardware’s April 2023 CPU review. Those are processor specifications, not performance results for this prebuilt. The review called it the “new high-performance gaming champion” at the time; that was its 2023 assessment, not a current universal ranking. See the CPU review.
GPU: aimed at 1440p, with 4K as an entry point
The deal report positions the RTX 5070 for 1440p gaming and entry-level 4K use. It does not publish game-by-game frame rates for the Harpy, and the available coverage does not establish independent benchmark results for this exact system. Treat resolution guidance as positioning, not a promise of a particular frame rate or settings level.

What to consider before buying
Storage may become the first constraint
The listed 1TB SSD is the clearest trade-off in the configuration. A large game library can fill it quickly, so you may need to uninstall and reinstall titles or add storage later. The deal coverage does not specify expansion capacity or the exact SSD model.
Confirm the actual offer and purchase terms
The $1,799 price was reported during Walmart’s Fall Deals sale on October 6, 2026. Before checkout, verify the current price, stock, seller, delivery estimate, warranty, and return policy on the live listing; the deal article does not establish those terms. Its sponsored-offer label is also relevant context when weighing the promotion.
Compare complete configurations, not headline specs
For other prebuilts, compare the GPU and its VRAM, CPU, memory capacity and speed, SSD size, cooling, PSU, warranty, seller, return terms, and delivered price. The available deal coverage does not provide a complete contemporary comparison or support calling this the best market price. A different Lenovo Legion Tower 5 offer at Best Buy was listed at $1,449.99 in November 2025 and is marked expired; it was a different model and historical listing, so it does not establish current value for the Harpy.
