Will they stay on during your workout?
Fit depends on both the wearer and the movement. In its October 19, 2025 hands-on review, TechRadar’s reviewer said the headphones worked well for running and upright workouts but frequently fell off during prone gym exercises. That is one reviewer’s experience, not a prediction for every wearer, but it is especially relevant if your routine includes bench work, floor exercises, or other positions with your head tilted back.
Because the Crusher 540 Active is an over-ear design, it offers more coverage than a small earbud but may be less convenient when your workout involves lying down or rapid head movement. If possible, assess stability with the movements you actually do before relying on it for those sessions. TechRadar’s review lists the headphones at 312 g and does not list active noise cancellation; noise isolation should not be confused with ANC.
