A contemporaneous 24NewsHD report attributed the cancellations generally to technical issues, but did not identify a specific fault or establish that one problem affected all six flights.

What is known about the technical issue?
24NewsHD described the cancellations as being due to “technical issues.” The report does not specify what equipment or system was involved, identify a cause for any individual flight, or show that all six cancellations shared one cause. No attributable statement from PIA, AirSial, Airblue, the airport operator or a regulator explaining these specific cancellations appears in the cited reporting.
