What is Novig?
Novig describes itself as a CFTC-regulated prediction market for sports. Users trade contracts tied to sporting outcomes rather than placing bets at bookmaker-set odds. How Novig’s sports contracts work
According to Novig, contract prices move between $0 and $1 as users trade and the market’s estimate of an outcome changes. A contract that wins at settlement pays $1; one that loses pays $0. Users can also sell a contract before settlement. This differs from a conventional sportsbook, where the bookmaker sets odds. The difference in format does not by itself establish that one option offers better value or lower costs.

Does Novig have sister casinos?
No sister-casino relationship is established by the available information. Is Novig available in your state?
Novig’s Help Center currently states that users must be at least 21, complete identity verification, and be physically located in an eligible area. Its eligibility page lists Arizona, Nevada, and Michigan as excluded. Because the company announced a nationwide launch on August 4, 2026 while also listing those exclusions, “nationwide” should not be read as meaning available in every state. Check Novig’s eligibility and legality page for the current rules before attempting to use the service.
