For Zoe’s “The Patient” section, report blood pressure 70/40 and oxygen 80%; the pulse display may read 160 or 162. Enter 7103 for the X-ray room and 2605 for Records. Set the infusion pumps to Tensobromide 8, Dextracylate 15, and Hydroxalene 7. At reception, call 5353 to reach the storage elevator and get the intubation kit.
Patient vitals: what to tell Dr. Glenn
In Zoe’s surgery room at St. Amelia Medical Centre, report the patient’s readings as follows:

- Blood pressure: 70 systolic / 40 diastolic (70/40).
- Blood oxygen: 80%.
- Pulse: use the value shown on the monitor. It can flicker between 160 and 162; TechWiser lists 160, while AllThingsHow and a puzzle compendium list 162. VGC describes the changing display. If the prompt accepts only one value, follow the current monitor reading.

Open the X-ray room and complete both scans
Enter the room
Use code 7103 at the X-ray room door.
Set up the skull scan
Choose Skull, then set 3 kV, 7 mA, and time 1. Align the image and return the scan to the lightboard or viewer as prompted.

Set up the chest scan
Choose Chest, then set 7 kV, 3 mA, and time 1.2. Align the image and return it to the viewer to proceed.
Find the medicines and enter Records
Use 2605 to unlock the Records Room. The medicines needed for the procedure are Tensobromide (11 mg), Dextracylate (2.5 mg), and Hydroxalene (3 mg). Walkthroughs place them in the Pharmacy Store, Bay 6, and Records Room respectively.

Set the infusion pump rates
Use the patient’s weight clue and the in-game dosage table to calculate the pump rates. Enter these values, then start the pumps when prompted:

Get the intubation kit
- Go to the reception phone and call 5353.
- Take the elevator to the basement storage room.
- Collect the intubation kit and return to surgery.
- Complete the intubation minigame.
