To restore power in Zoe’s apartment, find the Electricard in a shop cash register outside the building, then use it at the meter beneath the apartment stairs. You’ll need to combine the flashlight and batteries found inside the apartment first so you can see the meter.

Use the flashlight to inspect the small, dark area beneath the stairs. The power meter is there. When you inspect it, you’ll find that it needs a card.

There is no need to keep searching the apartment for the Electricard: the walkthrough places it outside.

Find the Electricard in the shop

Leave the building and head back toward the main street.

Go to the shop marked as location 2 on the walkthrough’s map. The Electricard is in the cash register; take it and return to Zoe’s apartment.

Apply the card credit and switch on power

At the meter beneath the stairs, insert the Electricard.

Press Button A until the display reads Card Credit.

Press Button B to apply the credit.

Operate the Master Power switch.
