The £5 Prepaid Power Card, or Electricard, is reported to be in the cash register at Peters Newsagents. Take it to the meter beneath the stairs at Zoe’s house. The reported button order is: press A until Card Credit is selected, insert the card, press B to apply the credit, then turn on the master switch.
Where to find the Electricard
Go to Peters Newsagents and enter through the rear entrance or fire exit. Secondary walkthroughs place the £5 Prepaid Power Card in the cash register. The card is an in-game item, not a real-world prepaid card.
