Spoilers for the Medical Center puzzle: At the final blood-bag wall, place Sarah Watson in the first slot on the left, Matthew Clark in the second slot on the left, and George McEwan in the slot on the right. Then set the Ordell dial so only T.F., H.M., and S.W. connect to the center, and activate the central ORDELL section.
Which blood bags go in the final wall slots?
The Medical Center puzzle has two stages. You collect five bags; two are used earlier to open ward routes, leaving three for the final wall machine. Match those three to the patient clues and place them as follows:
- First position on the left: Sarah Watson, identified by the regular-pulse and head-wound clues.
- Second position on the left: Matthew Clark, whose verbal responses are confused but who follows movement commands.
- Position on the right: George McEwan, identified by the severe-burn clue.
Once the bags are in place, activate the transfusion switch beside the double doors to open the next area. GamesRadar+ and Nerd’s Chalk report the same placements, although their slot numbering differs; use the side and order of the positions rather than a number. - Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
- T.F. — Thomas Fergusson, O+.
- H.M. — Hannah McGregor, O−.
- S.W. — Sarah Watson, A+.
Leave every other line disconnected. When those three lines reach the center, activate the central ORDELL section to confirm the solution. The walkthroughs identify Simon Ordell as A+ and report O−, O+, A−, and A+ as compatible blood types; the required connections for this puzzle are T.F., H.M., and S.W. Why a fixed rotation count may not work
Use the visible connections as your guide: the target is to route T.F., H.M., and S.W. to the center, not to reproduce a particular number of ring turns. The cited walkthroughs establish the final configuration and confirmation interaction, but do not establish one universal rotation sequence for every starting orientation or control setup.

How the two puzzle stages differ
The wall machine is a symptom-to-patient matching task. The final dial is a blood-type compatibility task. Keeping those steps separate helps avoid treating all five collected bags as final-wall placements: only Sarah, Matthew, and George go in the three listed wall positions, while T.F., H.M., and S.W. are the donor lines to route on the dial.

The solution is corroborated by game-guide walkthroughs rather than an official Konami puzzle walkthrough. GamesRadar+ and Nerd’s Chalk agree on the three placements and the required donor initials.
