To sign out, open Prime Video on your smart TV, go to Settings, and select the app’s sign-out option. If you can’t access that option, deregister the TV from your Amazon account under Account & Settings → Devices.

Open the Prime Video app on your TV and go to Settings.

Choose Sign Out or the equivalent sign-out control shown in your app, then confirm if prompted. Amazon staff describes the app’s settings as the normal place to sign out, but the exact menu can vary by TV brand and app version. Amazon forum guidance

If the app has no sign-out option
If the sign-out control is missing, the app is not working, or you no longer have the TV, remove the TV from your Amazon account instead:

Open Amazon Account & Settings and select Devices.

Find the TV and choose Deregister. Amazon recommends deregistration when you cannot sign out of Prime Video. Amazon Prime Video troubleshooting
Deregistering disconnects the device from Amazon digital content and services. You can restore access by registering the device again with your account credentials. Amazon device deregistration help

Which method should you use?

| Sign out in the app | You can open Prime Video and its Settings menu includes a sign-out control. | Signs out through the TV app. |

If sign-out or sign-in still fails

Check that you are using the intended Amazon account.

If you need exact remote-button instructions, identify the TV’s brand and model. There is no single documented menu path for every make and software version. Amazon forum guidance
Signing out is not canceling a subscription
