Display: 6.1-inch OLED with a variable refresh rate
The AQUOS sense10’s Pro IGZO OLED panel has a 1,080 × 2,340 Full HD+ resolution. Sharp lists a variable refresh rate of 1–240 Hz, but the 240 Hz effect uses black-frame insertion in supported settings and is not available in every app. It should not be read as a claim that all content is displayed at a native 240 frames per second.
Processor, memory, and storage options
The phone uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, with listed CPU clock speeds of 2.5 GHz, 2.4 GHz, and 1.8 GHz across its octa-core processor. Sharp lists two memory and storage combinations: 6 GB RAM/128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage. The RAM is LPDDR4X and internal storage is UFS 2.2; microSDXC expansion is supported up to 2 TB.

Battery and charging claims
Sharp lists a standard built-in battery capacity of 5,000 mAh and USB Power Delivery Revision 3.0 charging. Its specification page lists 36 W input and about 90 minutes charging under the company’s stated conditions. These are manufacturer figures, not independent charging or endurance test results.
Sharp also estimates up to two days of use under a company-defined daily schedule: four hours of video, three hours of music streaming, two hours of social networking, and one hour of gaming. The company cautions that actual results vary with environment and use, so this estimate is not a guaranteed runtime.

Japan model, radio bands, and regional availability
SH-M33 is the designation Sharp gives to the Japan SIM-free model. For Japan, Sharp lists these bands:
- 5G: n1/n3/n28/n40/n41/n77/n78/n79
- LTE: B1/B3/B8/B18/B19/B21/B28/B39/B41/B42
Sharp’s overseas band list differs from the Japan list. If importing the phone, match the exact model’s bands against the carrier’s requirements in your country; the AQUOS sense10 name alone does not establish compatibility.
Sharp announced the phone on October 31, 2025, with Japan release planned for November 13, 2025, followed by availability in Taiwan, Indonesia, and Singapore. That is launch history, not confirmation of current stock or pricing. Sharp also states that colors and configurations can vary by market and carrier. The Japan lineup colors listed by Sharp are Denim Navy, Khaki Green, Pale Pink, Pale Mint, Full Black, and Light Silver.

What the specifications establish—and what they do not
Sharp’s product pages and announcement establish the listed hardware, regional model details, and company estimates. They do not provide independent tests of display behavior, camera quality, durability, processor performance, charging time, or battery life. The figures are useful for identifying the phone and comparing its published specifications, but they should not be treated as review measurements.
