You can make a song your alarm on a Samsung Galaxy by choosing an audio file saved on your phone or, on supported devices, selecting music through Spotify in the Clock app. Open the alarm’s sound settings, pick your audio, then save the alarm.
Use a song saved on your Samsung phone

Open Clock and tap the alarm you want to change, or create a new alarm.

Tap Alarm sound, then Ringtone. The wording or layout may differ on your phone.

Tap the + control to browse for an audio file if the song is not already in the list.

Select the song and confirm. Return to the alarm screen and tap Save.
Samsung says downloaded or purchased music files on a Galaxy device can be selected from the music-file picker. The exact steps above are documented by Samsung Colombia for products bought in Colombia, so treat the labels as a guide if your phone is from another region or runs a different software version. Use Spotify for a Samsung alarm

In Clock, create or edit an alarm.

Tap Alarm sound, then Spotify.

Sign in if prompted, then choose an available song or playlist.

Return to the alarm screen and tap Save.
Samsung’s US support guidance documents Spotify alarm integration for devices running One UI 3 or later. The available choices can depend on the Spotify account type, as well as the Galaxy model, software version, and region; Samsung does not promise that every account can select every individual track. The Spotify option may also show listening-history selections, including Liked Songs. If the song or Spotify option is missing

Check the alarm sound and volume. Open the alarm’s sound settings and make sure sound is enabled and the volume is audible. Adjust vibration separately if needed. Samsung US: Use your Galaxy phone’s Calculator, Calendar, and Clock apps.

Review muted-sound behavior. Samsung’s Clock settings include Silence alarms when system sound is off, which affects whether an alarm vibrates when system sound is muted or set to vibrate. The effect depends on your setting.

Check Spotify compatibility. If Spotify is not listed under Alarm sound, check that your phone’s software supports the documented integration. Samsung names One UI 3 as the minimum for that Spotify feature in its US guidance.

Save your changes. After selecting a song or changing alarm settings, return to the alarm screen and tap Save.
