To program a cleaning schedule, first identify your Goovi vacuum’s model and set the clock on its remote. The D380 and F007C manuals describe using the remote to choose a schedule time and confirm it; the J20C manual also says appointment timing is set through the remote, but does not establish the same button sequence. Keep the remote near the robot during setup, and follow the instructions for your exact model.
Check the model before pressing buttons
Goovi scheduling instructions vary by model. The steps below are supported by the D380 and F007C manuals; they should not be assumed to apply to every Goovi vacuum. The J20C manual confirms remote-based appointment timing but does not establish the D380/F007C button sequence.
Look for the model number on the vacuum or its manual. The D380 and F007C instructions come from third-party manual archive copies, not a current official Goovi support page. They support the model-specific steps below, not universal compatibility or current product support.

Set the schedule on a D380
- Place the remote near the robot. The D380 manual directs users to keep it nearby while setting the clock or schedule.
- Set the remote clock first. Press the clock control, adjust the flashing hour, use the remote’s section controls to move between hour and minute, then confirm. The robot beeps when clock setup is complete. The manual archive text does not reliably preserve every button icon, so check the illustrated manual or remote rather than guessing which symbol to press.
- Choose the cleaning time. Press the schedule control, adjust the hour and minute with the remote controls, then confirm. The robot beeps when the schedule setting is complete.
- Cancel if needed. Hold the schedule control for about four seconds.
Set the schedule on an F007C
- Keep the remote near the robot. The F007C manual gives the same proximity direction for setup.
- Set the remote clock. The manual describes using the clock button, up/down controls to change values, play/pause or direction controls to move between hour and minute, and play to confirm. Check the controls on your remote or the illustrated model manual: symbols in the archive text are imperfectly rendered.
- Set the cleaning schedule. Follow the manual’s schedule sequence, using the remote to choose the hour and minute and confirm.
- Cancel if needed. Hold the schedule button for about four seconds. The available manual copy reports two beeps after cancellation; this feedback should not be treated as universal across Goovi models.
What the J20C manual establishes
The J20C manual says appointment timing is set through the remote and advises that the remote’s time match local time before setting an appointment. It does not establish that the D380 or F007C button sequence applies to the J20C. Use the J20C manual’s own illustrated controls for its procedure.

Troubleshoot a schedule that does not work
- The clean starts at the wrong time: Check that the remote clock matches local time. The J20C manual explicitly calls out this requirement.
- The robot does not acknowledge setup: Confirm the remote is near the robot and repeat the procedure for the exact model. The D380 and F007C manuals describe proximity during setup and a beep after successful setting.
- The remote is missing or faulty: Match any replacement to the exact vacuum model. The reviewed D380 documentation identifies a remote, but does not verify a replacement part number, cross-model compatibility, or current retailer availability.
- You are looking for an app setting: The available manuals establish remote scheduling for the D380, F007C, and J20C only. They do not establish whether other Goovi models schedule through an app.
