SBI’s latest dated officeholder record identified here lists Joohi Smita Sinha as Bengaluru Circle CGM as of 31 March 2025. The available records therefore do not establish who holds the role today.
What is reported about Deepak Kaushik?
The TradingView syndicated listing says Kaushik was appointed Chief General Manager of State Bank of India’s Bengaluru Circle. It describes him as having previously served as SBI Country Head for East Asia at the bank’s Hong Kong office. The listing does not provide a clear publication date, and no official SBI announcement confirming the appointment was located. TradingView’s listing should therefore be treated as the source of the claim, not as independent confirmation.
The listing also reports 1,573 branches and describes Bengaluru as SBI’s second-largest circle by total business. Its publication year and the date of the figures are not established, and those numbers have not been independently corroborated here; they should not be read as current statistics.

SBI’s 2024–25 annual-report officeholder snapshot lists Joohi Smita Sinha as Bengaluru Circle CGM (Ex-Officio) as of 31 March 2025. A Bangalore Mirror report published on 18 September 2024 says Sinha had assumed charge and that the circle covers Karnataka.

An earlier SBI annual-report snapshot lists Krishan Sharma as Bengaluru Circle CGM as of 31 March 2024. The change between that dated record and the later Sinha records shows why an officeholder claim needs a date; it does not resolve whether another change occurred after 31 March 2025.
