Price and where to buy
Samsung’s October 5, 2026 launch announcement sets the starting price at ₹1,60,000, inclusive of GST. The company says the range is available through commercial AC channel partners nationwide. This is launch-announcement pricing; the sources do not establish current stock, installation costs, or an online marketplace listing.
Cooling and configuration options
Samsung describes Wide WindFree as dispersing air through micro-holes to create what it calls a still-air environment. The October announcement gives two different counts: 17,200 micro-holes in its introduction and 17,000 in the detailed cooling section, so the exact count is unclear.
Samsung’s October 5 announcement lists these capacities by configuration:

Smart features and filter claim
Samsung lists built-in Wi-Fi and SmartThings control, alongside AI Comfort Mode, energy monitoring, usage-pattern tracking, Welcome Cooling, voice control, and Pet Care. These are manufacturer-described features; the announcement does not provide model-specific energy-consumption figures or independent performance results.
Samsung also cites an “up to 99%” reduction of certain bacteria for a filter unit. According to the company’s footnote, Intertek tested the filter unit for 18 hours under KS K 0693:2016 against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Samsung says results may vary and the claim is not for a specific AC model; it should not be read as a guarantee for every unit or use condition.
