The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 5G has no single official AnTuTu, Geekbench or PCMark score. Reviewers and benchmark databases report different numbers, and the gaps come from benchmark versions, test runs and conditions that are not always disclosed. The AnTuTu totals published for the phone range from 819,637 to 923,552. PCMark Work totals range from 12,905 to 14,611. Geekbench results depend on which major version was run.
This guide lists each reported figure with its source, the benchmark version where one is stated, and what the number does and does not tell you.
Which phone these scores belong to
Samsung markets the device as the Galaxy Z Flip4, and the 5G version is the model covered by the reviews below. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip4 product page lists the regional model used in that market, and Samsung’s support page covers the 5G availability. Samsung announced the Flip4 and Fold4 on 10 August 2022 in its launch announcement.
Model numbers matter here. The Geekbench records discussed below carry different model identifiers (SM-F721N and SM-F721B), which reflect regional variants of the same family. A score from one regional record should not be treated as a guarantee for every unit sold under the Flip4 name.

- The 6.7″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X foldable main screen supports an adaptive 48–120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, offering incredibly fluid motion for gaming, media playback, and split-screen multitasking when using Flex Mode.
AnTuTu scores
AnTuTu produces an overall score that combines CPU, GPU, memory and storage results. Three reviews published a Galaxy Z Flip4 AnTuTu figure, and they do not agree.
Reported AnTuTu totals
| Source | Reported AnTuTu score | Benchmark version | Test details given |
|---|---|---|---|
| Notebookcheck (review) | 923,552 | Labelled AnTuTu v9 by the publisher | Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 8,192 MB memory |
| Tech ARP (review) | 889,167 | Not stated in the page text | Single review test run |
| YugaTech (review) | 819,637 | Not stated in the page text | Single review test run; the same page also reports AnTuTu storage subtests, which are not part of the overall total |
The Notebookcheck figure is the only one tied to a named AnTuTu version. The Tech ARP and YugaTech totals do not show a version in the text available, so they should be quoted without a version label. Each figure is one reviewer’s test run, not an average.

How Tech ARP ranked the Flip4 against other Samsung phones
Tech ARP ran the Flip4 alongside several earlier Samsung models. The comparison is useful because the phones share one test set, even though it is still a single publication’s results.
| Device (Tech ARP comparison) | AnTuTu score |
|---|---|
| Galaxy Z Flip4 | 889,167 |
| Galaxy Z Flip3 | 856,357 |
| Galaxy S22 Ultra | 696,767 |
| Galaxy S21 Ultra | 624,411 |
| Galaxy Note20 Ultra | 522,735 |
PCMark scores
PCMark for Android reports a performance score for Work workloads, plus subtests for web browsing, video editing, writing, photo editing and data manipulation. Three sources give an overall figure, and one gives an aggregate of user submissions.

Overall PCMark Work figures
- Tech ARP: 14,429 performance score in PCMark Work 3.0, from a single review test (Tech ARP).
- UL Benchmarks: 14,566 in PCMark for Android Work 3.0. UL states that “Each benchmark score shown on this page is the median of all the results submitted by users for this device.” This is an aggregate of submitted results, not one lab run (UL Benchmarks).
- Notebookcheck: 14,611 in PCMark Work, labelled 3.x in the review without a more specific minor version (Notebookcheck).
- YugaTech: 12,905 in PCMark Work 3.0, from a single review test. The battery-life result on the same page is a separate measurement and is not a performance score (YugaTech).
Subtest comparison: Tech ARP and UL Benchmarks
The two sources that publish subtests are close on most workloads. Photo Editing is the largest individual result, and Video Editing is the lowest.
| Subtest | Tech ARP (single review test) | UL Benchmarks (median of user submissions) |
|---|---|---|
| Overall Work score | 14,429 | 14,566 |
| Web browsing (UL: Web 3.0) | 12,097 | 12,761 |
| Video editing | 7,387 | 7,446 |
| Writing | 17,593 | 17,310 |
| Photo editing | 31,762 | 31,236 |
| Data manipulation | 12,523 | 12,907 |
Geekbench scores
Geekbench reports single-core and multi-core CPU scores. Its major versions use different scales, so Geekbench 6 and Geekbench 7 results cannot be placed side by side. Both records below are individual submissions to the Geekbench Browser, not averages across units.
Rank #4
- The 6.7″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X foldable main screen supports an adaptive 48–120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, offering incredibly fluid motion for gaming, media playback, and split-screen multitasking when using Flex Mode.
| Geekbench version | Model record | Single-core | Multi-core | Uploaded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6.7.1 (result) | SM-F721N | 1,636 | 4,493 | 4 July 2026 |
| 7.0.0 (result) | SM-F721B | 1,328 | 3,678 | 27 July 2026 |
The two records differ in both benchmark version and model identifier, so the gap between them does not measure the phone alone.

Four variables explain most of the spread:
- Benchmark version. AnTuTu and Geekbench change their scoring over time. A total from one version is not directly comparable to another.
- Single run or aggregate. Review scores come from one test session. UL’s figures are medians of many user submissions, which reduces the effect of any single run.
- Model and software. Regional model numbers and firmware builds can change clock behaviour and results.
- Test conditions. Thermal state, background apps, battery level and whether the phone had just been run through other tests are rarely reported in full. A phone that has been benchmarked several times in a row may throttle and score lower.
How to read these numbers when you compare phones
Before comparing a Flip4 score with another phone, check that both results share the same four details:
- The benchmark name and exact version.
- Whether the figure is one review run or an aggregate.
- The phone model, region and software version.
- Any stated test conditions, such as thermal state.
If one of these is missing from the source, treat the number as approximate. The Flip4 is a 2022 device, so its scores are most useful as a reference point against other phones tested with the same benchmark version at around the same time.
Running a benchmark on your own Flip4
Your own results will differ from published figures. To get a result you can compare with others, follow these practices:
Quick Recap
- Update the phone’s software and the benchmark app to their current versions before testing, and record both.
- Close background apps and let the phone cool to room temperature before the first run.
- Run each benchmark several times and use the median rather than the best result.
- Record the phone’s model number, the benchmark version and whether the phone was plugged in.
