Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S12+ starts at INR 129,999 and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra at INR 149,999 in India. Sales begin October 7, 2026, with Wi-Fi and 5G models and 256GB or 512GB storage. Samsung has also announced conditional launch offers, including cashback or an upgrade bonus, accessory discounts and no-cost EMI.
Galaxy Tab S12 India prices by model and configuration
These are the prices Samsung announced for India on October 1, 2026. All listed configurations have 12GB of RAM; the price changes with the model, connectivity and storage.

The entry price applies only to the S12+ Wi-Fi model with 256GB storage. Moving to 5G adds INR 15,000 at either storage level for either model; choosing 512GB adds INR 20,000. Samsung lists Gray and Silver color options. It says the tablets will be available from October 7 through Samsung Exclusive Stores, partner stores, Samsung.com and other online platforms; stock and configurations may vary by channel. Which Tab S12 model and configuration should you choose?
Choose Wi-Fi or 5G
The 5G versions cost INR 15,000 more than the matching Wi-Fi configuration. The higher price is for cellular connectivity; select it if you expect to use mobile data away from Wi-Fi. The announcement does not specify carrier plans or network availability, so check local coverage and service costs separately.

Choose 256GB or 512GB
Samsung lists a INR 20,000 step from 256GB to 512GB. Both models support microSD expansion up to 2TB, according to Samsung’s India specifications. That may make the lower internal-storage tier more workable for buyers who keep expandable files such as media locally, though a microSD card is not the same as additional built-in storage.
Choose Plus or Ultra
The S12+ is the lower-priced model; the Ultra is Samsung’s higher-tier option. The published India release identifies battery and Wi-Fi differences: the Plus has a 10,600mAh battery and Wi-Fi 6E, while the Ultra has an 11,600mAh battery and Wi-Fi 7. Both use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, have Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with peak brightness up to 1,600 nits, quad speakers, Bluetooth 6.0 and 45W charging. Samsung lists an in-box S Pen and support for microSD expansion up to 2TB. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently measured results. The announcements do not establish a dimensions comparison or hands-on performance, so consider the tablets in person if portability or physical size is decisive. Samsung India specifications.

Launch offers: what Samsung announced and what to check
Samsung’s India launch announcement lists the following benefits. They are conditional offers, not automatic reductions to every configuration’s listed price.
- Up to INR 5,000 bank cashback.
- Up to INR 5,000 upgrade bonus.
- INR 15,000 off a Tab-plus-phone purchase with select Galaxy phones, including named Fold, Flip and S-series models.
- 15% off eligible Buds4 or Buds4 Pro purchases with a tablet.
- 30% off a Pro Keyboard Cover with a tablet purchase.
- No-cost EMI for up to 24 months through participating banks and NBFC partners.
Samsung’s announcement says the offers are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined. A buyer should therefore not add the maximum cashback, upgrade bonus, multi-buy discount and accessory deals together when estimating the final bill. Eligibility, participating finance provider, selected configuration and sales channel can affect which offer applies; confirm the terms at checkout or with the seller before paying.
Keyboard cover and protection options
The Pro Keyboard Cover is sold separately: Samsung lists it at INR 26,499 for the Tab S12+ and INR 27,999 for the Tab S12 Ultra. The announced 30% cover discount is an offer rather than a reduction to those listed accessory prices for every customer. Confirm model compatibility and the live offer with the seller.

Samsung also describes optional ProtectMax plans through Samsung Care+. The announced choices include a two-year comprehensive plan covering accidental and liquid damage, a one-year accidental and liquid-damage plan, a one-year screen-protection plan, and a one-year extended-warranty plan. Samsung says plan costs vary; the India announcement does not state prices for them.

Galaxy Forever is a separate tablet ownership program, not a standard cash discount or an unconditional resale guarantee. Samsung lists the pack at INR 12,499 and says it is available to eligible customers buying through Samsung Finance+ at Samsung Exclusive Stores or Samsung.com.
Under Samsung’s stated terms, the two-year arrangement combines 75% of the device price and the pack fee over 24 EMIs. Samsung lists buyback values of 40% for a return or upgrade in months 11–13, and 25% in months 14–24. The pack includes Samsung Care+ protection for accidental and liquid damage with no claim-processing fees.
