Display: bigger and sharper versus a more compact screen
The Galaxy S26 Ultra has the larger stated display at 6.9 inches and a QHD+ resolution, with an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz. OPPO lists the Find X9s at 6.59 inches, AMOLED and 120Hz. On published specifications, Samsung is the clearer choice if you prioritize screen size and resolution; OPPO’s smaller panel may suit someone who prefers a less expansive phone. These figures do not establish comparative brightness, outdoor visibility or image quality.
Cameras: compare the camera roles, not just megapixels
OPPO’s specification page identifies three 50MP rear cameras. Samsung’s global release describes the S26 Ultra’s rear-camera configuration; consult the linked manufacturer information for the individual camera details. A megapixel count alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos: lens roles, processing and shooting conditions matter, and there is no comparable side-by-side camera test established here. Choose based on the camera types and video features you actually use rather than an unsupported overall winner.

Battery and charging: capacity is not measured runtime
OPPO lists a 7025mAh typical battery capacity and charging of up to 80W SUPERVOOC for the Find X9s. “Typical” is the manufacturer’s capacity rating, and “up to” describes a maximum charging specification; neither figure demonstrates how long the phone lasts in a particular person’s use or how quickly it charges in every condition. A comparable endurance test is not established for these two phones, so the specifications alone do not prove that the Find X9s lasts longer.

Performance and software: chip names do not settle the decision
Samsung specifies Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy; OPPO lists Dimensity 9500s and ColorOS 16.0 on its Malaysia specification page. These identify the platforms, but do not establish real-world speed, gaming performance, heat under sustained load or software-support duration. If those factors are decisive, compare independent tests for the exact regional variants and software versions you are considering.

Which one should I buy?
Choose the Galaxy S26 Ultra if
- You want the larger 6.9-inch QHD+ display with adaptive refresh up to 120Hz.
- You prefer Samsung’s Galaxy hardware and software experience and are comfortable with its higher India launch price.

Choose the OPPO Find X9s if

- You prefer its smaller 6.59-inch AMOLED screen and value OPPO’s stated 7025mAh typical capacity and up-to-80W charging.

Before buying an imported or cross-market unit
- Confirm country of sale, exact model number, storage and seller.
- Check warranty coverage and whether the seller provides service in your country.
- Verify carrier-band compatibility, eSIM and NFC availability for your market and network.
- Confirm that the specification you are relying on applies to the version actually offered for sale.
OPPO’s cited detailed specification page is for Malaysia, while its cited launch pricing is India-specific. Network and feature support can vary by market and carrier; do not assume that an imported variant is identical to a local retail model.
